Machine tools are the mother of industry,and CNC machine tools are the key development goals of modern machine tools.The number control brush machine tool is an indispensable and important equipment for mass production of brushes.However,due to the wide variety of brushes and different sizes and shapes,the logarithmic control brush machine tool has the requirement of flexible production in actual production,which is also the development trend of the numerical control brush machine tool.Traditional motion control methods based on command control and multi-axis interpolation face difficulties in processing technology design and processing accuracy.Under this background,this paper studies the key technologies of electronic cam and soft PLC(Soft PLC)and applies it In the number control brush machine.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Establish an analytical equation for the motion of the servo motor of the numerical control brush machine,and accurately solve the position value of the brush hole position.Import the brush model to be processed into the UI(User Interface)module,analyze the shape and structure of the brush,and select the appropriate processing path.Establish a coordinate system for the CNC machine tool,analyze the mechanical structure of the numerical control brush machine tool and the motion relationship between the slave axes,and perform kinematics solution.Compared with the traditional CNC(Computer Numerical Control)method that uses interpolation to process parts,this paper directly establishes the kinematics equation of the slave axis and solves the position value of the brush of each slave axis processing,which greatly reduces the workload of developers.Improve the processing efficiency of parts.(2)Electronic cam design based on soft PLC.The soft PLC loads the position file of the servo motor and uses its electronic cam function block to fit the position value of the servo motor and generate a curve of the position value of the electronic cam.The fitting curves of the electronic cam include cubic cam curve,quintic cam curve,seventh-degree cam curve and sinusoidal curve.Analyze and compare the parameters such as the maximum speed and acceleration of the above curve,and select a reasonable curve type as the fitting model.The electronic cam control system is used to realize the motion control of each slave axis,which improves the synergy of the servo motor movement and the processing accuracy of the brush.(3)Design of the motion control system of the numerical control brush machine tool based on soft PLC.The soft PLC development platform CODESYS needs to establish the communication connection with the host computer to realize the motion control of the servo motor,in order to accept the instructions.In this paper,TCP/IP protocol and Socket nested stream bytes are used for data transmission.Use the CODESYS programming environment to build a program organization unit(Program Organization Unit)and write a personalized interface and control program.Between the loading area and the drilling area,a waiting function area is set up to solve the problem of reduced processing efficiency due to the large distance between the loading area and the drilling area.Based on the above design,the processing efficiency of the brush is improved.
