With the rapid development of laser processing technology,pulsed lasers have been widely used in the precision processing of metal materials.In particular,nanosecond pulsed lasers due to their high unit energy density,short action time,and high processing accuracy,have become laser micros research hotspots in the processing field.Laser drilling is a method of laser processing,but the entrance and exit of the laser processed hole will have defects such as micro-cracks,recast layers and deposits.These deposits can cause irreversible defects Surface modification affects processing quality.These problems have not yet to be solved,so studying how to make high-quality holes has high research value.Firstly,it studied the existing problems in the existing laser micro-hole processing.Used energy conservation equation,momentum equation,fluid mechanics equation and level set method to construct the laser drilling phase transition mathematical model,and set the boundary conditions such as thermodynamic edge by modifying the source term.Through the coupled iterative calculation of the related equations,the temperature field distribution on the surface of the copper and the distribution of splash particles are obtained,which explains the cause of molten material splashing during laser processing,and simulates the electric field intensity between two plate electrodes under a 150 V DC voltage distribution.Secondly,an additional electric field device was designed according to the solved laser drilling phase change mathematical model and electric field intensity distribution,and copper,which is widely used in the fields of construction,electronics,machinery and aviation,was selected as the research material,and the additional electric field laser micro-hole processing experiment,To study the changes of the entrance,exit diameter,taper,and surface deposits of the micro-hole after laser processing under different electric field strengths and different pulse numbers,and then improve on the additional electric field device,and conduct additional current laser micro-hole processing experiments,comparatively study the change law of entrance diameter and surface deposits.Finally,the nanosecond laser micro-nano application research was carried out.The nanosecond laser was used to process the micro-hole array to prepare the super-hydrophobic copper mesh surface,and the microstructure,surface three-dimensional morphology,contact angle,element composition and surface of the sample surface after laser processing were studied.The change mechanism of wettability and the relationship between antennae and micropore spacing explain the reason for the formation of superhydrophobic.
