A Study On Equipment Management Of PT Company

With the formation of global information networks and markets and the acceleration of technological change,many enterprises have realized that the outdated equipment management methods can neither achieve the maximum efficiency of equipment nor reduce the operating cost of the company.Therefore,in this unpredictable economic environment,enterprises to survive in such a situation,it is necessary to carry out changes and innovation,constantly introduce advanced equipment management methods.Under the new market economy environment,enterprises are facing the double pressure of new market competition and internal survival and development.The new situation requires enterprises to benefit from their own management.Equipment management is an important part of enterprise management,but also the key to improve production efficiency,so how to improve the economic efficiency of equipment management,reduce equipment management costs,is the enterprise needs to continue in-depth study of the topic.This paper takes the equipment management of PT company as the research object,deeply analyzes the existing problems in the equipment management of PT company,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.Firstly,the status quo of equipment management and equipment management theory at home and abroad are described,including the concept of equipment management,Tn PM management theory and equipment critical evaluation method.Secondly,on the basis of in-depth research on the equipment management of PT company,this paper analyzes the current situation of its management,analyzes the prominent problems existing in the equipment management of PT company,namely the problems or deficiencies of full-time staff management,equipment operation management and equipment site management,and studies the causes of the problems.Finally,combined with the equipment management theory and the equipment characteristics of PT company,and taking the overall standardized production maintenance theory as the train of thought,the corresponding improvement measures are proposed to solve the problems of full-time staff,unreasonable equipment operation management and equipment site management.The research in this paper can provide useful reference for the equipment management of similar enterprises,improve the level of equipment management,achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
