In recent years,with the introduction of Industrial 4.0 and Manufacturing 2025 strategies in China,domestic and foreign industrial enterprises have planned ahead of schedule and focused on innovation in the wave of manufacturing transformation and upgrading.Big data technologies have been widely used to upgrade the management of enterprise equipment.And it has actually brought revolutionary innovation and development.This paper starts from the current domestic and foreign mining giants to use industrial data to realize intelligent development,focusing on the intelligent operation and digital management of equipment management,based on the system analysis and research on the status quo,system,and environment of the management of D copper mine equipment.This paper puts forward the concept of intelligent management system based on big data.The main contents of the paper are as follows:1.The current foreign advanced equipment management model-TPM(all production and maintenance)management model and intelligent equipment management of the core technology is briefly described to indicate the value of data and its management of enterprise equipment has great value.2.This paper expounds the main hardware equipment,software equipment,equipment management model and data collection and use of D copper mine,and analyzes the current D copper mine equipment management concept,operation,related network management,software and hardware deficiencies,showing the outstanding problems in the current equipment management of D Copper Mine.3.By describing the characteristics and value of industrial data and explaining the stage of equipment management in China and the future development trend,combining with the problems exposed by the management of copper equipment in D copper mine,the necessity of intelligent equipment management system in D copper mine is analyzed.At the same time,the successful experience of using big data through the intelligent cloud service of high-holy intelligent machine tools and the equipment intelligent early warning platform of an oil and gas company in the United States shows the possible benefits of the intelligent management system for the introduction of equipment in D copper mine.4.According to the practical situation of D Copper Mine,D copper mine equipment intelligent management system based on big data is constructed.The system starts from the intelligent platform of mining equipment and the data collection and control center of the mine,and explains the updating and improvement of related hardware and software.In the end,it can realize the whole life cycle management of equipment big data management,provide equipment fault analysis and processing strategy,provide preventive maintenance strategy,equipment preventive maintenance and service platform goals.The significance of this paper is that the intelligent management system based on big data for the construction of D copper mine is based on the actual construction of D copper mine,starting from the application of TPM management model and big data technology.Can effectively solve the current D copper mine equipment management backward management model,insufficient use of big data,major equipment difficult failures,repetitive failures,equipment efficiency and effectiveness is not high enough to provide assistance for the timeliness,accuracy and effectiveness of equipment management in enterprises.The research content of this paper has a strong operability in mining enterprises.Mine enterprises that plan to promote equipment intelligence can learn from it.
