As a heavy-duty mining machinery and equipment,the electric wheel dump truck integrates machine,electricity and hydraulics.With the development of the electric wheel dump truck system becoming more and more intelligent and complicated,when it fails,it is more and more difficult to use manual experience and traditional diagnostic techniques to determine the cause of the failure.Therefore,this article focuses on CR240 E electric-wheel dump truck,and carries out technical research on its condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system(hereinafter referred to as "monitoring and diagnosis system").First of all,based on the composition of the CR240 E electric wheel dump truck system,three subsystems of diesel engine,hydraulic pressure and electronic control are selected as the main research objects,starting from their failure mechanism and actual requirements,the typical faults to be diagnosed and the monitoring signs related to the faults are clarified.Finally,the overall design plan of monitoring and diagnostic data collection based on the existing CAN bus and peripheral sensors in the CR240 E is completed,and the collected data is transmitted and diagnosed through Ethernet and 4G communication.Secondly,the detailed design of the software and hardware of the monitoring and diagnosis system is carried out.In terms of hardware,the overall architecture of data acquisition with CAN bus as the main body and external additional sensors as auxiliary is adopted,and the power supply board,data communication board,sensor conditioning board,main control processor board,control backplane and 4G and GPS interfaces are completed.Specific functional design of the board and PCB drawing.In terms of software,based on the existing CAN communication protocol,the CAN bus data receiving driver of the vehicle-mounted data acquisition box is written,and the algorithm for data extraction is completed.Based on the external communication requirements of this system,a detailed Ethernet and 4G communication protocol was developed,and a program for related data transmission was written.In addition,the human-computer interaction interface of the vehicle monitoring system is written in Java language,and the data from the Ethernet communication protocol is stored and managed by the My SQL database.And developed the data port facing the ground server,and gave the design plan of the ground server software.In addition,around the three subsystems of CR240 E,based on expert experience,select typical faults,and establish a fault tree for each subsystem.Based on the fault tree analysis that cannot accurately determine the limitation of the non-linear relationship between the cause of the fault and the symptom,the probabilistic neural network diagnosis method is introduced,combined with the minimum cut set of the fault tree,and the reasoning mechanism of the fault diagnosis system is given and used MATLAB software has carried on the simulation of the fault diagnosis to the diesel engine subsystem.Finally,the actual vehicle verification of the monitoring and diagnosis system was carried out.The measured data shows that the system can basically meet the original design intention,can realize the monitoring and display of the operation data of the electric wheel dump truck,realize the fault diagnosis when the electric wheel dump truck fails,and give the cause of the failure.This article has a total of 76 figures,27 tables,and 57 reference.
