| The steel pipe frame welding machine is one of the most important equipments in the building materials machinery,which is used for the standardization,automation and large-scale manufacture of the reinforced concrete frame in the profiled concrete pipe.The normal operation of the rolling welder will affect the whole production plan of the production enterprise.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out the remote fault diagnosis and elimination of the welding machine quickly and accurately.Fault diagnosis is a kind of technology which can reduce the loss and increase the economic benefit.Domestic and foreign scholars on the fault diagnosis technology have done a lot of research.This paper studies the remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of rolling machine,the main work is as follows:(1)The overall structure and function of the roll welding machine are analyzed in detail,and the structure and working principle of each subsystem are introduced.Based on the structural analysis of rolling machine,the fault mechanism is analyzed in-depth.The fault tree and expert system are combined to diagnose the system fault.The overall framework of rolling machine fault diagnosis is established.(2)Based on the analysis of the function and the existing condition of the remote condition monitoring of the rolling welder,the hardware design of the remote monitoring system is completed.(3)The basic concepts,principles and methods of fault tree are introduced briefly.By using the fault tree analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the basic events of the fault tree are analyzed quantitatively,and the weights of the basic events are determined.(4)Establishing the rolling machine fault diagnosis system fault tree expert system,artificial knowledge acquisition methods of initial fault knowledge,the generative representation of fault diagnosis rule extraction from rolling machine fault tree,a fault diagnosis system of knowledge base.The inference engine of the fault diagnosis system is established by using hybrid reasoning method and depth search strategy.(5)On the basis of the VB development platform,the software development of remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for the rolling welder is completed. |
