The electrochemical sensor is a potential product for real-time detection equipment due to its low cost,portability and excellent stable performance.Because of their excellent conductive proformance,catalytic properties and unique structure,nanoporous metals have been widely used in the field of electrochemical sensing.This paper proposed a two-step scheme to fabricate nanoporous silver and nanoporous silver/silver chloride materials.By optimizing the experimental conditions,the different Ag-based materials were successfully loaded on standard electrodes,with enhanced properties as integrated electrochemical sensor to determine the concentration of dopamine and acetaminophen existed in the blood.The results demonstrated that the prepared Ag-based integrated electrodes showed excellent properties of good stability and anti-interference characteristics.In this paper,the main content can be divided into three parts:1.The morphological structure and electrochemical performance of nanoporous silver was investigated in the hydrochloric acid solution.Fabrication parameters were optimized through experiments.SEM,XRD and other representated techniques were used to calculate the electrochemical active area of nanoporous silver and determine the optimum experimental parameters of dealloying.2.Nanoporous silver/silver chloride was designed by increasing applied voltage.Result demonstrated that nanoporous silver/silver chloride presented the enhanced current exchange density and more stable open circle potential compared with commercial silver/silver chloride reference electrode.The fabricated nanoporous silver/silver chloride material could be deemed as the promising pseudo-reference electrode.3.Nanoporous silver and nanoporous silver/silver chloride have been successfully integrated on the three-electrode standard electrode,as an integrated electrochemical sensor to detect dopamine and acetaminophen,with high sensitivity,wide detection range,low detection limit and excellent properties of anti-interference,repeatability and stability.The proposed Ag-based nanoporous materials provide a brand-new view towards the miniaturization of sensors and could be applied on the Point-of-Care application in the future.
