In the power station boiler manufacturing industry,it has become the consensus of the industry to develop certain special equipment to improve the processing accuracy and efficiency of unconventional products.In this paper,aiming at the processing bottleneck of the angle steel products of power station boiler burners(the thickness of the angle steel is 18 mm,the length is2000-16000mm),a special CNC milling machine for processing waist-shaped holes is developed.This article first analyzes the technical parameters and processing characteristics of the processed product,and determines the overall plan of the special CNC milling machine.The plan mainly involves the X-axis guide part,the Y-axis tool arm part,the Z-axis cutting spindle part and the bed Comprehensive movement to achieve the processing requirements of angle steel waist-shaped hole products.The main parameters(power parameters and motion parameters)of the special CNC milling machine are analyzed and calculated in detail,and the specific values of the motors,hydraulic motors,ball screws and other components of each transmission part under the maximum load are obtained.On the basis,the models and specifications of power source and transmission components are determined.Detailed structural design of the X,Y,Z axis and each sub-system of the bed was carried out.In order to verify the structural stability of the X,Y axis and the bed structure after the design,the ABAQUS software was used to perform numerical simulation and analysis on the X,Y axis and the bed structure.The static analysis obtained the static stiffness and stress distribution of each structure.The analysis has obtained the first seven modal frequencies and main vibration shapes of each structure.The analysis results show that each structure meets the design requirements and ensures the stability and reliability of the X and Y axes and the bed.Finally,using the special CNC milling machine developed in this article,the angle steel series waist-shaped hole products are processed.The inspection meets the product process and technical requirements.The processing accuracy and production efficiency have been significantly improved,which proves that the machine tool designed in this article is realistic.Significance,has reference significance for the same industry.
