Virtual assembly process planning technology is an integrated technology combining CAD technology,computer modeling and simulation,virtual reality(VR)technology.It has a very important guiding significance for the assembly process of complex products.Due to the characteristics of large-scale equipment mechanical system,such as large size,complex structure,many parts,and difficult to ensure assembly accuracy,there are inevitably modification,trial and error and rectification links in the assembly process.It is difficult to estimate the potential risks in the actual construction and assembly process.Once there is deviation in the actual construction,the risk of cost loss will be incalculable.According to the characteristics of large-scale equipment,this paper studies the virtual assembly process planning and designs the assembly process data management system,which provides guidance and verification for the assembly process of large-scale equipment,and manages the assembly process data.This paper focuses on the assembly process of large equipment,focusing on the lifting of major parts and the assembly work in narrow and small space,aiming at the characteristics of large equipment weight and complex structure.The lightweight product model and assembly resource model are introduced into tecnomatix software.Combined with the relevant knowledge of engineering construction,the assembly process is planned in advance based on the principle of detachable and installable,and the feasible assembly scheme is obtained.Then,the assembly scheme is designed in detail combining the use of process equipment and the working attitude of operators.The research aims at large equipment,based on the completion of assembly process planning,a comprehensive assembly process planning data management system is developed,which can display the information of assembly process planning visually and manage the process related data.The function requirements of the virtual assembly process data management system are analyzed,and the overall framework design of the system is completed,and the interface design and specific function design are carried out on this basis.The assembly process is shown by two ways:assembly animation and virtual reality scene assembly simulation.Finally,according to the proposed assembly sequence and path,the virtual simulation of the whole assembly process of large equipment is carried out.The possible interference problems and insufficient operation space are tested to obtain the feasible assembly sequence and assembly path of parts,and the rationality of the lifting process is verified.Aiming at the problem of manual assembly of operators in confined space,the feasibility of manual assembly in confined space is verified by virtual person simulation,and the optimal assembly attitude of different types of people under the restriction conditions is explored.Show the system interaction interface.The system realizes the function of checking and editing the proposed manufacturing and assembly process plan and managing the assembly process data.
