With the strengthening of global competition,the expansion of enterprise scale and the improvement of customer demand,packaging and printing enterprises face new challenges in the management,optimization and control of production process.Greeting card printing workshop is a typical discrete manufacturing workshop,which should respond quickly and be flexibility.Because of the lack of production information and its interaction,the managements can't monitor the workshop timely.Digital twins is an effective way to integrate manufacturing physics-information world.Based on digital twins and oriented production factors monitoring,this paper constructs models of the greeting card printing workshop,which integrates production factors,real-time data and historical data,and constructs the monitoring view of production factors in the workshop,which can help managements grasp the production situation of processes timely and improve the management and control ability of the workshop.The following are detailed researches:1.According to the production characteristics and production process management and control requirements of greeting card printing workshop,the production factors monitoring architecture of greeting card printing workshop is designed.The digital twins models of greeting card printing workshop is constructed,which contain the semantic ontology model of production resources and workshop rules based on ontology modeling knowledge,the data ontology model based on XML schema and the workshop rule model of process production and product's component production by using Advanced Petri Net.2.Analyzing the influencing factors of the end time of the process,integrating the production factors,real-time data and historical data,this paper constructs the prediction model by regression analysis,neural network and support vector regression,analyzes the prediction results,and draws the conclusion that support vector regression is more suitable for the predict model.3.Based on the semantic ontology model of the greeting card printing workshop,by using XML to transfer data,transforming the logic in the workshop rule model into code,coding the script for the prediction model of process completion time,this paper constructs the monitoring view of production factors in the greeting card printing workshop,and the validity of digital twin model of the greeting card printing workshop is verified.
