High-speed direct-drive CNC machine tool has the advantages of simple system structure,fast response speed,high processing accuracy,low wear and easy maintenance.They have been applied in the fields of medical equipment,aerospace and consumer electronics processing,but machine tool manufacturing and assembly are not the geometric errors caused by precision will affect the machining accuracy.This paper establishes the geometric error model of high-speed direct-drive CNC machine tool,builds an experimental platform for studying geometric errors,and explores the role of geometric errors.The main research work of the thesis includes:(1)For high-speed direct-drive CNC machine tool,the structural characteristics and error sources are analyzed,and the geometric error items to be studied are clarified;based on the theory of multi-body systems,the static and motion transformations between the machine components are described,and the calculation The transformation matrix of ideal motion and actual motion is established;the geometric error model of high-speed direct-drive CNC machine tool is established,and the mapping relationship between geometric error and machine tool processing error is obtained.(2)According to the feed mode,structural characteristics and performance requirements of high-speed direct-drive CNC machine tool,complete the design of the three-dimensional structure of the experimental platform and the determination of technical parameters;explain the measurement conditions and methods of the geometric error of the experimental platform,and design experimental program: In accordance with the measurement requirements,the geometric error measurement of the experimental platform was completed,and the measurement results were processed and analyzed.(3)The effect of geometric error is studied.Based on the geometric error model and experimental data,the matrix differentiation method is introduced to calculate the sensitivities of different geometric error terms;the simulation calculation of the error accumulation process under the action of single axis and multi-axis are carried out with the help of MATLAB;based on the data collected in the experiment,a polynomial fitting method was used to establish a machining error prediction model under the action of geometric errors,and to verify it...
