In recent years,microwave technology developes rapidly and used widely in product production,pollutant treatment.Microwave activated carbon makes good progress in the treatment of waste water and waste gas.Studies find the characteristics of microwave heating materials are selective heating.The different absorbing capabilities of materials affect the heating effect of materials,it causes materials with strong absorbing capabilities to produce“hot spot effects”during heating process.The generation of hot spot recognize by scholars.Whether calculates with Maxwell’s equations or simulates with simulation software,that confirmes the different materials have different temperature gradients during heating.The study of the composition of sintering flue gas,mixing gas and processing for subsequent experiments.Pretreating activated carbon,the thermogravimetric experiment performes first to observe the quality loss,to reduce the calculation error.Calorimetry to measure hot spot temperature.In the process of microwave heating,finding that the real-time temperature of tar activated carbon at 229.6℃and the real-time temperature of wood activated carbon at 216.9℃.Simulatting the local high temperature of activated carbon by ANASY,study the process of dissipation to the surroundings to confirm the existence of hot spot.Fixing the temperature range,for the subsequent heating temperature selection of the sintering gas experiment of microwave activated carbon reaction simulation.Reduce the amount of experimentation.The study found that different modification methods and different materials of activated carbon have different removal rates for sintering flue gas under the hot spot effect.When the temperature at 180℃,3%nitric acid modified wood activated carbon has the highest removal rate of SO2 and NO.The desulfurization rate is 86.02%,the denitration rate is75.01%.Thats are 88.85%,92.37%at 220℃.Research on hot spot of activated carbon,that reveals the influence of hot spot on reaction,which guides significance for the removal of pollutants by microwave charcoal heating to provide basis for industrial production.Fig.39;Table 4;Reference 77...
