In real life,due to the increasing demand for natural gas,crude oil and other resources,the processing and recovery of natural gas industrial production,crude oil transportation and distribution is the key to save resources and protect the environment.The condensation method uses the cooling method to supersaturate and condense a large number of oil and gas components.The cooled oil only has physical changes,but the chemical properties have not changed,which can be treated and used.In this paper,by means of condensation and adsorption,a set of overlapping refrigeration system with two compressors is designed,which has considerable utilization value.The recovered oil can be directly used to make up for the disadvantage of high energy consumption in single use of condensation process.In this paper,a set of oil and gas recovery device was designed independently,which was composed of two parts,overlapping refrigeration system and adsorption system.After operation test,rationality was ensured and field installation and use was carried out.Through the low temperature and high temperature system thermodynamic calculation,determine the refrigeration condition,theoretical cooling capacity,compressor selection;Heat transfer area is determined by calculating heat transfer temperature difference and logarithmic average,and shell and tube heat exchanger(oil and gas condenser)is selected.And through the calculation of the system to the intermediate heat exchanger,pipeline insulation material,expansion valve,oil separator,filter dryer and other components for selection,to ensure the rationality and stable operation of the system.Firstly,the influence of technological parameters on oil and gas recovery process was investigated through experiments.Different kinds of activated carbon adsorbents with different structure and properties were selected to explore the influence of various parameters on the oil and gas adsorption process by measuring the actual adsorption capacity and desorption rate,and finally determine the appropriate adsorption temperature range,combining with the economic effect of room temperature adsorption;At the same time,the influence of inlet gas concentration and other factors on the oil and gas adsorption recovery process was investigated.By measuring the oil and gas mass flow rate at the inlet and outlet of the oil and gas condenser,the oil and gas recovery rate under different working conditions was calculated,and the relationship between the condensation temperature and the oil and gas recovery rate was explored.After that,the condensation temperature is determined by analyzing the change of volume fraction of oil and gas components in import and export and combining with economic benefits and actual conditions.In addition,the oil and gas condenser(shell and tube heat exchanger),the core part of the condensate and adsorption oil and gas recovery system,is simulated to further explore the rationality of the existing equipment structure parameters,and provide conditions for further optimization of heat exchanger.Firstly,the influence of the number of mesh on the calculation results was analyzed,and then the numerical results were verified.After that,the heat transfer characteristics and heat transfer effects under different number of baffle plates and different notch height were simulated,and the appropriate number of baffle plates and notch height were finally determined.
