In recent years,more and more enterprise managers and scholars pay more attention to the research on employee engagement.The new generation of knowledge workers is the core human resource for the whole society.The report on the party’s 19,Xi Jinping,made clear that the general secretary,knowledgeable,innovative,and skilled talents has become the current at the core of China’s labor force,society to develop,but also selfless dedication spirit of labor model and strives for perfection the spirit of craftsman in again bringing social fashion advocate dedication to boom.But at present,some enterprises often appear young highly educated employees lack of innovation,work motivation and other problems.Faced with this situation,more and more enterprise managers try to improve the current situation of enterprises by looking for countermeasures to enhance employee engagement,but the desired effect has not been achieved.Therefore,it requires enterprise managers to make positive changes and develop incentive measures in line with their own enterprises so as to enable the new generation of knowledge workers to complete their work tasks efficiently.This study on the comprehensive research of scholars both at home and abroad,and selected the HD company Cenozoic knowledge-type employees as the research object,through interviews and questionnaire survey,to find the company in dimension aspects such as leadership,satisfaction,personal career development has great influence to the level of employee engagement,and puts forward the following promotion countermeasures against the problems existing in the: Such as improving the leadership and management level,strengthening the cultivation of corporate culture,improving the work system and process,attaching importance to the career planning of employees,and constructing a reasonable salary and incentive mechanism,all these improvement strategies will provide reference for the new generation of knowledge employees in HD Company to enhance their engagement at work.
