| With the continuous improvement of the people’s living conditions in our country,the proportion of dairy products in my country’s food consumption has gradually increased.The quality safety and stable supply of dairy products are closely related to the people’s lives.However,frequent quality and safety incidents still seriously affect market order and people’s health.The supply chain interruption caused by quality and safety incidents has also caused large economic losses to dairy companies.At the same time,supply chain companies are disturbed by internal and external factors.The dairy product production and marketing system caused adverse effects.Considering that the quality and safety of dairy products in actual operation will often affect multiple entities involved in the production of the process,and the loss of the entity’s operational capabilities will affect the transmission of quality in the quality chain network,that is,the quality chain and supply of dairy products.There are mutual influences and interactions between the chains.For this reason,this article adopts the coupling network and cascade failure and other related theories to study the system stability of the dairy product quality chain-supply chain coupling system under the cascade effect,including:(1)Study on the construction of dairy quality chain-supply chain access network model.Combined with the actual production process of the current dairy product,the production process of dairy products and the production process and the supply chain are structural analysis,considering the multi-stage,multi-subject and other features of the quality chain and the supply chain,abstract two different properties and different structures.Complex network,by defining the relevant parameters,characterizing the performance of each node in different layers,and analyzing the interaction form and influence mechanism between different hierarchical networks,and constructs a supply chain-mass chain coupling network model of dairy production and sales system.(2)Dairy quality chain-supply chain coupling network node evaluation research.Differences in different levels of network node properties,based on supply chain operation perspectives,quality risk prevention and control perspectives and network topology stability,respectively,respectively,and design the corresponding method to identify the important network and coupling systems.Node,finally design numerical simulation calculations,proposes important node protection policies and suggestions for supply chain network and quality chain network based on simulation results.(3)Analysis and optimization of dairy quality chain-supply chain coupled network stability.For the node level joint loss of dairy quality chain-supply chain coupled network,based on coupling network characteristics analysis and load distribution mechanism design,the coupling network-level loss scale evaluation index of node and sales loss,and based on the deletion strategy,plus Boundary strategy and node protection supply chain structure optimization scheme Different coupling strengths and changes in the stability of coupling system under different failures,and finally propose system optimization strategies based on supply chain business relationship adjustment and local node protection. |
