| Due to the rapid development of urbanization in China the huge car ownership promotes the continuous growth of the number of gas stations.The safety of gas stations is beneficial to the safety of people and cities.By the end of 2019,the number of gas stations in China has reached more than100000.With the continuous increase of daily refueling in gas stations,the number of operation safety accidents in gas stations has also increased significantly.Once an operation safety accident occurs in gas stations,it is bound to pose a great threat to urban safety.Throughout the working process of gas station operation safety and urban safety,its standards are constantly strict.Therefore,in-depth discussion on the safety problems of gas stations is of great research significance and practical value.There are some problems in safety supervision,inspection and management means of the safe operation of gas stations in China.The relatively backward means of safety evaluation are not subject to certain risks.Therefore,aiming at the operation safety accidents of gas stations,this paper uses the complex network theory to analyze the causes of accidents and identify the key risk factors threatening the operation safety of gas stations,so as to improve the rationality and effectiveness of intervention measures for possible operation safety accidents of gas stations and improve the overall operation safety management level of gas stations.Firstly,by collecting the data of gas station operation safety accidents,sorting,statistics and analysis,we can comprehensively extract the general factors causing gas station operation safety accidents,and build a perfect set of factors causing gas station operation safety accidents.Combined with the accident process,extract the action relationship between the cause factors and sort out the chain of cause accidents.Secondly,the complex network theory is used to construct the cause model of gas station operation safety accidents according to the set of accident cause factors and the action relationship between cause factors.From the structural perspective of complex network theory,multidimensional analysis is carried out to identify the key causal nodes in the causal model,and analyze the action relationship between the causal factors,the structural characteristics of the network model and the structural reliability of the causal model.Finally,the capacity load model in the complex network theory is used to analyze the successive faults of the constructed gas station operation safety accident cause model.Based on the structural analysis of the cause model,the weight of each index is assigned and the fault propagation simulation is carried out.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the cause factors,the maximum possible chain cause accident chain in the cause model of gas station operation safety is found out.Based on accident probability and impact,the risk assessment of the accident chain with the most possible chain cause is carried out,Reasonably arrange the resource allocation of gas stations and provide theoretical support for improving the operation safety management level of the gas station. |
