| The international cigarette-related industries have successively developed a series of effective tar reduction and harm reduction measures.However,with the application of these industrial harm reduction technologies,the quality of flue gas has been affected,the cost has increased,and the safety of exogenous additives has been affected.And other problems have arisen,so the harm reduction of tobacco products has gradually shifted to harm control,making the interpretation of the source of tobacco product harm control-the quality of tobacco leaf raw materials,especially the safety of tobacco leaf raw materials,more and more important.This article takes tobacco raw materials to focus on the safety components of alkaloids,nitrosamines,and aromatic amines as the inspection objectives,and clarifies the level of safety index levels and differences and regu Larities of tobacco stems in different origins,grades,and parts.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Gas-mass spectrometry tandem technology(GC-MS)was used to analyze the alkaloids in 40 tobacco stems from 5 regions in China.The resu Lts showed that the total amount of alkaloids in 40 tobacco stem samples ranged from 2.182~9.033 mg/g.Among them,the content of nicotine accounts for more than 90%of the total alkaloids,and the relationship between the content of other trace alkaloids is:Anatabine>Nornicotine>Anabasine>Myomine.There is little difference in the total amount of alkaloids in different regions,and the content of alkaloids in different parts of tobacco stems is compared:upper>middle.In addition,a small part of the lower samples(Yongzhou,Hunan,Liuyang,Hunan,Liangshan,Sichuan)were selected for analysis,and the alkaloid content in the lower part was significantly less than that in the upper and middle parts.The analysis of tobacco stems of different grades found that the content of alkaloids in tobacco stems of different grades in the same part has little difference.(2)Using liquid phase-mass spectrometry tandem technology(LC-MS),the TSNAs components in 40 tobacco stems from 5 regions in China were analyzed.The resu Lts showed that the total amount of TSNAs in 40 tobacco stem samples ranged from 17.628 to 757.576 ng/g,and the proportion of NAT,NNK,and NNN in the total TSNAs range was 91%to 99%.It can be seen that NAB in tobacco stems The content is minimal.The relationship between the content of TSNAs is:NAT>NNN、NNK>NAB.Comparison of the content of 4 kinds of nitrosamines in tobacco stems in different parts:upper part>middle part.In addition,comparing the content of different grades in the middle part,the difference between them is not obvious.The distribution law of TSNAs in tobacco stems is similar to that of alkaloids,and there is a certain transformation law between the two.(3)A method for the analysis of 18 aromatic amines in tobacco stems was established by GC-MS combined technology.The artificially spiked tobacco stem samples are first extracted with 5%HCl solution to extract aromatic amines,adjust the pH of the solution to alkaline,and select a mixture of n-hexane and ethyl acetate(volume ratio 1:1)to extract aromatic amines from the water phase Finally,after purification,vortexing and centrifugation,the detection and analysis of 18 kinds of aromatic amines are realized.The linear equation correlation coefficient R~2≥0.996 for18 kinds of aromatic amines,the detection limit range is 0.0037~0.0116μg/g,the sample recovery rate is 68.1%~124.6%,and the method precision RSD≤5.3%,this analysis method is feasible.This method was used to analyze the aromatic amines in40 tobacco stem samples,and it was not detected in the linear range. |
