Research On The Design Of The Removable Structure Of Bamboo-culm Furniture

Under the background of industrial production,bamboo-culm furniture is still mainly produced by hand,and the production efficiency is low.It is urgent to innovate the structure form of bamboo-culm furniture,and the knockdown structure has become an important issue for the development of bambooculm furniture industry.In order to improve the production efficiency of bamboo-culm furniture,while ensuring the traditional modeling style,this paper studies the knockdown structure of bamboo-culm furniture.Taking bamboo-culm furniture as the research object,this paper summarizes the structural materials and modeling cultural characteristics of traditional bamboo-culm furniture,sorts out and studies the existing research cases of knockdown structure of bamboo-culm furniture,summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages.Through the investigation of bamboo-culm furniture enterprises,the production steps and existing problems of bamboo-culm furniture were understood.The core content of this study includes the disassembly and redesign of bamboo-culm furniture components,and puts forward the design principles and methods of bamboo-culm furniture structural connectors,carries out the innovative design of multiple structural connectors,and verifies some structural design cases by mechanical tests.Finally,taking some structural design schemes as an example,the design of bambooculm furniture knockdown structural connectors is carried out with case design.The main research results are as follows:(1)The component unit division method based on the functional module of bamboo-culm furniture is proposed,the principle of component unit division and redesign is determined,and the component unit division of the main types of bamboo-culm furniture is carried out.(2)Two kinds of knockdown structural connectors of bamboo-culm furniture,i.e."internal component type" and "external component type",are innovatively designed to solve the problems of "T" type connection mode,"T" type tee cross connection mode,"L" type cross connection mode,etc.(3)Through the bending test of the "T" connection,the maximum static load of the "T" connection of the built-in component is 2109 N,and the maximum static load of the traditional "T" core structure is 422 N.The test data show that the mechanical performance of the "T" connection of the built-in component is better than that of the traditional "T" mortise and tenon structure.In this study,through the unit division of bamboo-culm furniture components and the innovative design of the knockdown structure between units,the solution is put forward to change the manual production status of bamboo-culm furniture,the knockdown cooperation between bamboo-culm furniture is realized,the interchangeability and versatility of bamboo-culm components and structural connectors within a certain range are realized,which helps to improve the efficiency of component processing and structural assembly,and reduce the cost Packaging and transportation costs.
