| Belt conveyor is a kind of mechanical device based on friction principle to realize material transportation.Large capacity,stable operation and long distance are its important advantages.Therefore,the belt conveyor is widely used in the production activities of mines and factories.Simple material transportation is the basic function of most belt conveyors.However,at the same time,there are also some problems such as poor site adaptability,no hidden danger caused by operation monitoring,etc.Therefore,with the development of modern industry and the difference of site construction environment,the requirements of belt conveyor are changing all the time.In this paper,a set of control system of mobile conveyor belt is developed and designed based on the research background of iron mine.The control system can control the L-type belt conveyor to work in the mine,and realize the functions of material transportation,midway transfer and operation safety monitoring.L-type belt conveyor can be understood as a belt conveyor composed of two sections of belt conveyor L1 and L2.L1 and L2 belt conveyors are connected together.Through the wheel group to control the movement of the belt conveyor,so that the belt conveyor can adapt to the requirements of different site mining environment.The design of the L-type belt conveyor control system is the research content of this paper,mainly including hardware design and software design.In the hardware design scheme,the selection and layout of the controller and various sensors as well as the construction process of the whole hardware platform are introduced.In the software design scheme,the signal acquisition,signal address assignment and man-machine interface design with CoDeSys as software development environment and EPEC as programmable controller are introduced.In addition,the control system realizes the data acquisition and remote operation monitoring of the belt conveyor through CANopen industrial fieldbus technology.And these data are displayed in the Human Machine Interface,which is convenient for the field staff to query the operation of the belt conveyor in real time.At the same time,the belt conveyor control system should be able to deal with the belt slip,belt fracture,material blockage and other faults in the first time,so as to ensure the safe operation of the belt conveyor.The belt conveyor control system has strong adaptability to the site,and can flexibly change the position and angle of the belt conveyor by controlling the pulley group of the belt conveyor,so as to be applied to various complex stone mining production environment.With the enhancement of the automation of belt conveyor control system,the operation monitoring level is also improved,which has the advantages of high production efficiency and high economic application value. |
