The reservoir of Daqing peripheral low permeability oilfields is thin. And crudesolidifying point of this block is higher. After entering high-water-cut stage, energyconsumption of gathering and transportation system is increasing year by year. Reducingenergy consumption is beneficial to improve operation efficiency of gathering andtransportation system and reduce the cost of oilfield production.Energy consumption of oil transfer stations gathering and transportation system ofDaqing peripheral low permeability oilfields is higher than the initial blocks. In order toreduce energy consumption and improve economic efficiency, it is necessary to haveenergy-saving test for oil transfer station gathering and transportation systems of lowpermeability oilfields and research energy consumption distribution law of gathering andtransportation systems.Through the research of process and actual production situation of Daqing NO.8OilProduction Plant gathering and transportation system, it established energy balance model foreach gathering and transportation link and put evaluation and analysis indications by energybalance principle as theoretical basis.This paper develops energy consumption evaluation and analysis software of oil transferstation gathering and transportation system by using C++Builder. According to the test dataof gathering and transportation system, the software can achieve these functions such asefficiency calculation of gathering and transportation, analysis of energy consumptiondistribution, diagnosis of operation status, prediction and evaluation. It took energyconsumption test and analysis for4oil transfer station gathering and transportation systems ofDaqing peripheral low permeability oilfields by using the software. The energy consumptiondistribution of each gathering and transportation link was identified.According to calculation results of energy consumption, it identified the energyconsumption distribution of gathering and transportation system and made energy-savingevaluation for each energy consumption link. Combined with gathering and transportationsystem operation statue, it proposed energy-saving technological transformation measures aimto weak energy-using links of oil transfer stations. And energy-saving potentials wereforecasted.
