In mining operations,the blasting link is essential for the operation process.At present,the domestic underground mining blasting process in most of the artificial or simple apparatus charging;its inefficient,poor charge coupling,large labor intensity,poor safety conditions and other issues.With more and more mining from open-pit mining to underground mining,the effect of loading and the safety of workers have serious problems,by the work space and other multiple restrictions.The underground automatic charging will replace the manual charging mode play a significant role,therefore running stability and suitable for automatic control of the charging device was necessary for underground automatic charging.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:First of all,this paper briefly introduced the development situation of Emulsion Explosive Underground Charring Car,and summarizes the development and research status at domestic and abroad of transportation device.Based on the analysis of the previous design to determine the overall designed scheme of feeding tube device,main feeding pipe methods,transmission mechanism,clamping mechanism and detection scheme.Secondly,the design and research on the two important links of the feeding and pushing of the pipe feeding device are studied.After determining the use of friction wheel delivery device,the tube feeding wheel shape and surface anti-skid structure are designed,and using the professional modeling software SolidWorks establish three-dimensional model of the device.For the clamping mechanism will use the hydraulic control valve,electromagnetic valve and electric contact pressure gauge to achieve the role of automatic control pressure,and the use of AMESim software to simulate the hydraulic circuit to verify whether only need to squeeze a small amount of pressure that can be achieved and stabilized within the required pressure range.Finally,the working principle of tube feeding transmission system and its components were analyzed and introduced in detail,and the mathematical model of the proportional valve controlled motor speed control system was established.In the paper,dynamic response characteristics of the system were described,and the Bode diagram of the open-loop system was drawn;aiming at the problem of system instability,PID control strategy is proposed.At the same time,with the aid of MATLAB/Simulink software established the electromagnetic proportional valve-control hydraulic motor system complete simulation model.The simulationresults show that the control method adopted in this paper could effectively realize the stable speed of the retraction speed during the charging process.
