Non-circular isometric type surface contour used as profile connection,it has the characteristics of convenient disassembly and assembly,good centering,and large transmission torque.It is often used in construction machinery,coal mining machinery,agricultural machinery and other large equipment.At present,the contour machining of non-circular equidistant surface mostly relies on the imitation method and the track method,but the movement of the manufacturing process is complex,which requires a specific machine tool,the contour forming accuracy is low,The surface quality is very poor.In order to improve the processing quality,efficiency and reduce the processing cost of X-C axis grinding of non-circular equidistant profile,the theoretical model of X-C axis high-speed grinding of non-circular equidistant profile was deduced and its forming mechanism was discussed.In view of the local burn easily occurred in the high-speed grinding process of non-circular equidistant profile.Therefore,the high-speed grinding experiment of non-circular equidistant profile X-C axis was carried out to explore the effect mechanism of grinding process parameters on grinding process indexes,so as to realize the grinding of non-circular equidistant profile High precision,high efficiency and high quality machining of contour.The research content is divided into three aspects.1)Based on the principle of non-circular contour CNC grinding,the theoretical model of non-circular contour contour X-C axis grinding wheel feed is established and verified by trajectory fitting method.2)The results show that the constant grinding force grinding can be realized by the constant grinding rate model.At the same time,considering the constraints of the machine tool system on the maximum speed and acceleration of the workpiece and grinding wheel spindle,the cubic spline function fitting interpolation is used to adjust and optimize the speed curve of the workpiece,so that the motion of the workpiece and grinding wheel can be controlled within the operating range of the machine tool system.The results show that the optimized spindle speed can improve the machining accuracy of non-circular equidistant profile.3)The verification test of workpiece speed optimization is carried out.Based on the experimental data and the maximum undeformed chip thickness(agmax)of a single abrasive grain,the grinding process parameters such as grinding specific energy,grinding temperature,surface roughness and residual stress under different grinding parameters were analyzed by variance analysis method.The influence law and significance of process parameters on grinding process parameters of non-circular equidistant surface were studied.Finally,the optimal process parameter group is determined by grey correlation analysis method,and the optimal process parameter group is verified by experiment.
