In recent years,the mining intensity of mineral resources increased from year to year.Along with energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction technologies for mining transportation have been widely studied.In this article,according to the structural characteristics and working conditions of a mining truck,its hybrid technology is developed,the hybrid system power scheme is designed,the system components are selected and the parameters are matched,the control strategy of multi-energy cooperative work is explored,and the dynamic performance of the mining truck is improved.Improve transportation efficiency and improve vehicle fuel economy.The structure,characteristics and operation of three conventional hybrid systems are analyzed: series,parallel and hybrid.Aiming at the obvious limitations of the three traditional hybrid technologies directly applied to heavy mining vehicles,a structural form of a distributed hybrid energy transmission system is proposed.According to the actual characteristics of heavy-duty transportation vehicles,the specific structure and working mode of the distributed hybrid A heavy vehicle system is developed,which provides a basis for parameter design and modeling of the distributed hybrid-electric drive system of heavy-duty transportation vehicles.Based on theoretical analysis and vehicle dynamic calculation,the selection and matching of the main parameters of the engine,motor and power battery hybrid system are completed.It lays a foundation for the development of the hybrid mining car model,the formulation of the control strategy and the performance simulation.Firstly,the characteristics of typical control strategies are analyzed,and the corresponding control strategy types are selected.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the designed working mode,the torque threshold value of each working mode and the torque distribution between the engine and the motor under different working modes are calculated;The logic threshold value control strategy is modeled.Use cruise simulation software to simulate a hybrid powertrain for a heavy-duty A car.According to the dynamic characteristics of the vehiclethe parameters are designed,which lays the foundation for determining the performance The hybrid electric vehicle model and software-based control strategy analyze the overall vehicle performance and establish the vehicle simulation model.according to the actual operating characteristics of the mining vehicle.On this basis,the performance of the original vehicle is simulated and analyzed,and the simulation results are compared with the experimental data to verify the accuracy of the vehicle model.Then,select the control method based on the logic threshold value,analyze and formulate the vehicle control strategy,and complete the design of the power supply operation mode and torque distribution.On this basis,The fuzzy control strategy model is established and the fuzzy control strategies are compared again.design goals,and improved performance compared to the original vehicle,which demonstrates that the parameters of the electric transmission system are reasonable and that the control strategy is feasible and effective.The comparison between the simulation and the experimental platform shows that the fuel consumption of the original car is 150 L per 100 kilometers.After using distributed hybrid power,the logic threshold fuel consumption is 107.24 L.Compared with the prototype car's 150 L,the fuel saving rate is 28.5%,and the battery SOC The curve changes as expected.The fuel consumption of fuzzy logic is 105.1L,and the experimental fuel consumption is 161.2L.The method citing the fuzzy control strategy has better robustness than the method citing the logic threshold control strategy.The torque distribution method of the fuzzy control strategy will make the engine work in the high-efficiency area.Compared with the logic gate strategy,the control strategy using the fuzzy control strategy can cope with the surge of current and sudden change of torque caused by complex working conditions,thereby reducing the damage caused by high current to the battery,thereby increasing the battery life.
