According to the characteristics of secondary vocational students and the course of "CNC Programming and Machining",designing the theory and practical training classroom teaching plan of "CNC Programming and Machining" course based on CNC simulation technology is an important way to improve the quality of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning effect.The traditional teaching method has the phenomenon of separation of theory and practice,and it is difficult for students to master the relatively abstract CNC programming and machining knowledge.Although the research school has built a simulated computer classroom,the school teachers have not made reasonable use of the existing resources to carry out simulation teaching.Therefore,integrating numerical control simulation technology into secondary vocational professional courses for classroom teaching exploration,and carrying out simulation teaching that integrates "theory,virtual and real",not only helps to improve the teaching effect of the course,but also provides new ideas for the design of secondary vocational classroom teaching.This paper takes the course of "CNC Programming and Machining" in secondary vocational schools as the research object,takes the numerical control simulation technology as the technical means,and conducts qualitative and quantitative investigations around the problem of carrying out simulation teaching based on numerical control simulation technology.On the surface of data analysis,few teachers use numerical control simulation technology to assist teaching in the teaching of "CNC Programming and Machining" in research schools,and simulation teaching resources are lacking and need to be developed urgently;The theoretical course knowledge is abstract,the practical training course content is cumbersome,and it is difficult for students to learn;The theoretical courses are separated from the practical training courses,and the traditional single teaching mode needs to be reformed urgently;Students’ foundation is relatively weak,their interest in learning is not high,and their enthusiasm for learning is weak.It is urgent to cultivate students’ good learning atmosphere,self-learning enthusiasm and the ability to integrate theory with practice.These are the main problems in the teaching of this course.Based on the above problems,on the basis of studying the relevant theories of simulation teaching,a simulation teaching implementation plan based on numerical control simulation technology is proposed,the application of numerical control simulation technology creates a learning situation that is closely related to the actual production of numerical control machining,in the teaching process,following the teaching strategy of integrating theory,fiction and reality,a teaching plan integrating theory and practical training courses was designed.Secondary vocational students with the same major,similar number of students,and roughly the same knowledge base were selected and divided into experimental classes and control classes.Relying on UG and Swan CNC simulation software,the experimental research on the integrated design plan based on the "principle,virtual and reality" of this course was carried out.The research results show that it is reasonable and effective to apply numerical control simulation technology to the course of "NC Programming and Machining" in secondary vocational schools to carry out simulation teaching.Students’ self-learning and exploration ability,unity and cooperation ability,CNC machining process analysis,CNC programming and CNC machining operation and other occupational abilities have been significantly improved.
