| With the continuous development of the industrial society,the exploitation of oil resources has attracted more and more attention.As a new oil exploitation technology,submersible progressive cavity pump system has gradually played an important role in the field of oil exploitation because of its strong adaptability and good exploitation effect.As one of the key components of the system,the reducer has gradually become the focus of research in this field.Based on the analysis of submersible progressive cavity pump system,this paper designs and studies the reducer of submersible progressive cavity pump system,and designs the lubrication system of the reducer aiming at the shortcoming of general lubrication method.The design requirement of the reducer is determined according to the working environment of the system.On the premise of comprehensively considering the bearing capacity,service life,processing and manufacturing requirement and economic benefit,various drive methods are analyzed and compared,and the design scheme of the reducer drive system is determined.Combined with the working environment,the characteristic of the lubrication demand of the reducer is analyzed,the advantages,disadvantages and feasibility of various lubrication methods are analyzed,and the design scheme of the reducer lubrication system is determined.According to the design scheme of the drive system,the design parameters of the reducer drive system are calculated.According to the calculation results,the structural design of the reducer drive system parts and other supporting parts is carried out by using Solid Works.The kinematics and dynamics of the reducer drive system are analyzed by using ADAMS.The finite element analysis of the reducer drive system main parts is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.At the same time,the processing and analysis method of some parts in the process of the finite element analysis are studied.According to the design scheme of lubrication system,the working principle and key design problems of the reducer lubrication system are analyzed,and the structure of lubrication system is designed.Based on the method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD),the key flow areas and main parts of the reducer lubrication system are simulated and analyzed by using Fluent,and the rationality of the lubrication system design is verified. |
