| Petroleum is a kind of important strategic resource which ensures national security.Oil extraction technology is one of the five supporting technologies in petroleum industry."Green" oil production with lower energy consumption,lower material consumption and lower pollution is an inevitable requirement for the development of oil production technology under the background of "Double carbon" in the new era.Electrical-submersible progressing cavity pumping(ESPCP)technology,as a new technology of no-rod oil production,was born in the end of last century.The advantages are favored by the majority of oil workers because of no expansion in sucker rod,energy extra loss of twisted deformation,small bar or tube drain fault,covering small area and the low relative manufacturing cost,etc.Currently,it have been widely used in inclined wells,horizontal wells and sea platforms,especially suitable for high viscosity heavy oil,high sand-containing waxcontaining hydrocarbon chain crude oil mining.The ESPCP system dedicated reducer is an important transmission component in the system,which adjusts the motor’s speed to the 200r/min ~500r/min required for the cavity pump,enhances torque as a "lever".Different kinds of displacement requirements,underground units,depth,and down-hole conditions require different kinds of speed reducer unit parameters to enhance its economic adaptability of the whole machine.The paper works on the actual needs of the project,strives to form a set of design methods and provides technical support for the overall design of the ESPCP system.The main work of the paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper aims to clarify the composition,working principle and technical characteristics of the ESPCP system,outlines the overview of domestic and foreign development of ESPCP technology,points out the problems in the process of promoting the application of ESPCP technology,challenges its future development trends.Secondly,the working conditions of ESPCP technology have a basic understanding of key technical parameters such as the speed and torque of cavity pump,and down-hole working conditions.On this basis,the structural composition and technical features of different types of speed reducers are compared,and the structural setting of the speed reducer and the transmission parameters before the gear units are used.Thirdly,according to the transmission ratio,torque requirements,considering the temperature rise of the outer diameter size limit and the underground ambient temperature,the heat rise during the speed reducer operation,to give the reducer series design,give the key(gear,bearings,cage Wait,geometric parameters,through the theoretical calculation,the initial calibration of the contact fatigue strength and bending fatigue strength of the gear.Fourthly,build the system model and the geometric model of the special speed reducer of the ESPCP system,the load model,obtain stress and strain cloud maps,clear system modality,further verify the strength of key sports and develop judgment life.According to the work above,a complete set of ESPCP system dedicated speed reducer design methods have been put into production practical applications in Chiyu Herder Machinery Co.,Ltd,Fuxin.After the time generation program code is generated,the complete private package will be constituted. |
