As an important modeling method,bionic design has been widely used in the field of product design.The semantics of product design,based on the principles of semiotics,can be divided into three levels: structure,semantics and pragmatics.Bionic design and product design semantics have a lot of intersection in product modeling design,and both have certain research results.This paper focuses on the research results of product morphological bionics and design semantics,uses the knowledge graph tool to sort out,compare and explore the many connections between bionics design and product design semantics,and summarizes the value embodiment and application rules of design semantics and bionics design.In order to facilitate research,self-built form bionic products are putted forward,and classifying the bionic design of case,analyze the case of the bionic characteristics and product semantics,in case the sample extracted label,try to form shape bionic design semantic analysis model,withdrawn by label,mark,sifting and analysis verification process,The semantic analysis model of morphological bionic product design was preliminarily constructed.The semantic analysis model of biomimetic product design can help the case analysis and evaluation in the process of biomimetic product design,and assist designers to stimulate creativity and capture product design opportunities.This paper takes the bionic design of children's furniture as an example,combined with the physiological and psychological development characteristics of 3-6 years old children,carries on the preliminary practice verification of children's bionic furniture design.
