Research On Key Technology Of Digital Printing Based On FPGA

Printing has a long history and belongs to the four great inventions of ancient times.Since ancient times,the printing industry has played an important role in society.This thesis introduces the mainstream inkjet printing technology in industrial production,analyzes the main characteristics,advantages,and disadvantages,and analyzes the development of inkjet printing technology.This thesis analyzes the two main restricting factors in modern inkjet printing and gives feasible solutions.The two main issues are:(1)In the process of inkjet printing,color printing needs to use the combination of multiple nozzles to achieve the effect of overprinting.Limited by factors such as cost,the mechanical connection parts of nozzles and other devices may have assembly tolerances,which affects the quality of inkjet printing to a certain extent.(2)With the improvement of printing speed and digital content resolution,data transmission speed and reliability is more and more important.In some scenarios,Ethernet has not been able to fully meet the reliability requirements,and many mainstream devices have used optical fiber as a transmission channel.Some devices that still use wired network channels need a more reliable way to encode.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis proposes an identifier location method based on improved Laplacian operator and an Ethernet error correction coding method based on convolution code and interweaving.The former mainly includes identifier design,image acquisition and preprocessing,identifier identification and location,etc.The latter mainly includes the design of convolutional code and interleave.At the same time,this thesis designed a control board suitable for a certain type of inkjet printing head,the control board reserved computing resources to realize the above algorithm,the subsequent implementation of the algorithm through hardware efficiently.
