Research On The Design And Application Of French Embroidery Pattern In Modern Women’s Fastening Structure

Fastening structure is an important part of clothing.As a functional fitting for the closure and fixation of garment placket,it occupies a large proportion in the design of garment structure and plays a certain role in shaping the garment shape.French embroidery,also referred to as "French embroidery" for short,is a French national treasure handicraft,which is often used as one of the most commonly used handicrafts of high-end custom-made garments.Its expression techniques are various,the craftsmanship is exquisite and gorgeous,and the patterns are beautiful.The application of French embroidery in garments has become a popular trend today.More and more designers apply this handicraft to garment design,showing one after another exquisite works.With the vigorous development of this handicraft,it provides this research.This paper focuses on the design of the combination of fastening structure and French embroidery pattern,and aims to apply it reasonably to the design of modern women’s wear.This paper is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.By introducing the research background,significance and development trend at home and abroad,it analyzes the research methods and objectives,puts forward innovations and determines the research framework.Chapter two and chapter three respectively introduce the basic situation of the fastening structure and French embroidery,from the whole to the part,and discuss the history and characteristics of the fastening structure and French embroidery.Chapter four discusses the elements of French embroidery patterns in detail.Chapter five considers the design methods of several garment cases from the purpose of application,and explores a new perspective of its design.Chapter 6 always gives the design principles of this topic,and provides design theory for innovative practice.The seventh chapter is innovative practice,combining with the previous theory,applying the fastening structure and French embroidery pattern to modern women’s clothing,and developing unique fashion products.The last one is a summary of the full text,and makes a prospect for the innovative design and application of this topic.The purpose of this paper is to explore a design method that can combine the functionality of fastening structure with the decoration of French embroidery,and apply it to the design of modern women’s clothing to meet people’s aesthetic needs and provide new ideas and methods for clothing design.
