Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)are the earliest discovered and most abundant typical persistent organic pollutants,most of which are known of potential carcinogens or carcinogens.PAHs are prone to microbial degradation,photodegradation or chemical oxidation in the environment to produce aromatic derivatives.Hydroxy-PAHs are one of the derivatives and may induce higher biological toxicity than PAHs.Therefore,OH-PAHs are an important target for environmental monitoring.At present,ubiquitous presence inatmosphere,water,sediments,living things,and human urine,threatens human health and living conditions to a large extent.In order to better understand the concentration levels and fate of OH-PAHs in global media,it is particularly important to establish a comprehensive OH-PAHs analysis method.Therefore,11 kinds of OH-PAHs were selected as research objects,and OH-PAHs ultra-high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry method and pretreatment methods in multi-medium were established,which were applied to the surface seawater and the Shenhai Expressway near the Hebei coastal area in the nearshore.Analyze and test the soil samples,and discuss the distribution characteristics of the surface seawater and the soil around the Shenhai Expressway in the near-shore Hebei aquaculture areas.Firstly,11 kinds of ULPC-MS/MS instrument analysis methods for OH-PAHs were established.Using an electrospray(ESI)ion source,compounds were detected in a selective reaction monitoring mode(SRM)under negative ion detection mode,and the target ion and daughter ion were scanned and selected to find the characteristic ion.Acetonitrile-0.02% aqueous ammonia and acetonitrile were used as the mobile phase to separate 11 OH-PAHs.Secondly,a pre-treatment method for environmental media water and soil was established.Water samples were extracted by solid-phase membrane extraction method to enrich and concentrate OH-PAHs in seawater.For soil samples,the ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract the samples and purify them with silica gel cartridges.This method was applied to the analysis and detection of surface seawater in the near-shore Hebei aquaculture areas.The results showed that among the 11 OH-PAHs,2-OH-nap,2-OH-9,10-AQ and 2-OH-9-fluo were detected in all samples and2-OH-flu and 1,8-DH-9,10-AQ were detected in most samples,while 1-/2-/3-/4-/9-OH-phe were almost undetectable The concentrations of the detected components ranged from 1.81 to 10.0 ng/L.The total concentrations of PAHs and OH-PAHs were 44.99 ~ 4276.27 ng/g(804.52 ng/g)and 5.38 ~ 254.49 ng/g(52.93 ng/g)in 23 soil samples collected on Shenhai Expressway,showed that the spatial distribution of PAHs and OHPAHs were similar.
