| Recently,advanced flue gas treatment technologies have been popularized in Chinese thermal power industry.Accompanyed with it,the emission level of Chinese thermal power industry has undergone significant changes.Therefore,emission factors and emissions inventory in Chinese thermal power palntns is unable to reflect the current situation of thermal power pollutant emissions.In this study,we propose a bottom-up method to establish air pollutants emission inventory of Chinese thermal power plants,which is based on the data of continuous emission monitoring systems(CEMS)and the data of environmental statistics.Compared with traditional way,the proposed new method is characterized by a more comprehensive consideration of the ultra-low-tech thermal power industry,the actual concentration of emissions and activity levels and other comprehensive factors.This paper have completed the analysis of emission concentration changes from 2014 to 2017 and the update of Chinese thermal power plants emissions inventory from 2014 to 2015.The results showed that from 2014 to 2017,the average emission concentration of SO2,NOx and TSP in thermal power plants nationwide decreased by an average of31.47%,28.20%and 35.84%per year,the average value of average emission concentration in each region quickly moved closer to the ultra-low emission limit.In 2015,the average SO2,NOx,and TSP emission factors of coal-fired units in China were0.71g·kg-1,0.80g·kg-1,and 0.15g·kg-1(calculated according to entering the furnace coal).In 2015,the emissions of SO2,NOx,TSP,CO and VOCs in Chinese thermal power were1640 Gg,1896 Gg,321 Gg,4574 Gg,and 138 Gg,respectively,and the average emission performance values of those were 0.4 g·k Wh-1,0.46 g·k Wh-1,0.08 g·k Wh-1,1.12 g·k Wh-1,0.03g·k Wh-1,respectively.The emission performance values of various pollutants have decreased,and the declines of SO2,NOx and TSP are more significant.In the prediction scenario,the CO and VOCs emissions of thermal power plants will increase in 2020.Due to the development of ultra-low emission technology in Chinese thermal power plants,the total emissions of SO2,NOx and TSP will be reduced in all scenarios.If the ultra-low emission plan for coal-fired power plants of 2030 is completed10 years ahead of schedule,the emissions of SO2,NOx and TSP will fall to 745 Gg,1209Gg and 143 Gg respectively in Chinese thermal power plants.And when all the units reach ultra-low emission levels,the emissions of SO2,NOx and TSP will fall to 554 Gg,998 Gg and 126 Gg respectively;the emission performance values of SO2,NOx and TSP will fall to 0.11 g·k Wh-1,0.20 g·k Wh-1and 0.025 g·KWh-1,respectively. |
