| With the economic globalization and rapid economic development in China,the Chinese people are benefiting from the general improvement in economic condition and the enhancement in health consciousness.Nowadays,bio-industry has become one of the fastest growing areas.As the core technology of the bio-industry,the genetic industry has huge market capacity and bright development prospects.The research object of this paper is the leading company in China’s genetic industry-HD Gene Co.,Ltd,which was successfully listed on the GEM in July 2017.As the only listed company in the gene industry in China,it is necessary to study the post-marketing development strategy of HD Gene Co.,Ltd.Based on basic profile,external environment and internal conditions of analysis of the HD gene co.,LTD.,this paper concentrates on the enterprise development strategy,the improvement of the effectiveness in the decision-making process and the final implementation of the strategy which end up on strengthening the enterprise competitiveness and market standing in the industry.The paper adopts scientific analysis methods and employs Michael porter’s competitive strategy theory as one of the main theoretical basis.With the help of EFE external key factor analysis and the model of five competition factor analysis,the paper finds out the opportunities and threats of the HD gene co.,LTD;Through the analysis of internal problems and resources,the paper finds out both the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise;Using SWOT strategy analysis,the paper formulates the enterprise’s overall development strategy,company strategy and function strategy.We suggest HD gene co.,LTD adopts the overall strategy of “strengthening the leading position in the domestic market and strengthening the competitive position in the foreign market ".Meanwhile,taking into consideration of the reality of enterprises,the enterprise formulates several implementation safeguards to strengthen the implementation of the strategy: enhancing product development and technical innovation;expanding external market actively;strengthening the downstream business extension and improvement in the talent team construction... |
