Research On The Problems And Countermeasures OF National Hygienic City Management-Sanya City

Nowadays,socialism with Chinese characteristics has been entered a new era.The main social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradictions between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.This also includes the development of a healthy environment.With the continuous progress of social development,the continuous improvement of economic level and the gradual improvement of cultural level,the people’s requirements for the surrounding environmental sanitation have become higher and higher.However,the problems of weak infrastructure,low level of urban management,poor people’s hygienic awareness and poor health awareness also exist simultaneously.In order to further improve the people’s sense of acquisition and happiness,governments around the world are committed to strengthening the establishment and consolidation of national hygienic cities.Through the study of other governance models of hygienic cities,it is found that in order to consolidate the achievements of national hygienic cities,a long-term management mechanism must be established.Therefore,it is very important to face up to the existing problems in urban management and strengthen the mechanism construction to consolidate the achievements of national hygienic cities.Research methods:Firstly,the research adopts the method of literature analysis to study and analyze the current research situation at home and abroad on the contents of national hygienic cities and the long-term management mechanism of national hygienic cities.It is found that in many regions,the national hygienic cities often adopt the result-oriented assault and maneuver mode and the rebound of sanitary problems is relatively serious.This shows that the establishment of a long-term management mechanism for hygienic cities is a important and difficult problem for many cities.Secondly,the research also adopts case analysis and comprehensive analysis,taking Sanya city as the case object,and combining with the actual management of national hygienic city with Sanya city,it empirically analyzes the problems existing in the consolidation of National Hygienic City in Sanya city.The study found that there are mainly five problems,such as imperfect protection of patriotic health organizations,insufficient propaganda and motivation,imperfect long-term management mechanism,inefficient management and operation,and weak infrastructure construction.Research Conclusions:The fundamental causes of these problems are deeply analyzed by the theory of refined management,public participation and the new public management.The research found that the root causes of the above five problems are respectively the defects in the leadership mechanism of organization,insufficient health education and health promotion,too unitary participation mechanism,unclear division of responsibility areas,hardware and software facilities lag behind,etc.Then,it is suggested that Sanya should take measures to solve the above problems:first,it should improve the safeguard mechanism of the patriotic health organization;second,it should increase the propaganda and motivation to consolidate the work of the national hygienic city;third,it should improve the long-term management mechanism of the national hygienic city;fourth,it should improve the management and operation mechanism;fifth,it should improve the infrastructure construction of the national hygienic city.
