| In 2009,the winemaking skill of the Shui Ethnic Group(Jiuqian wine)was awarded as the third batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage in Guizhou province,which is a folk craft shared by Shui people in Jiuqian town in Sandu Shui Autonomous County and the adjacent town(including some villages in Libo county),Jiuxian wine of Jiuqian town is the most famous one.The Jiuxian wine culture of Shui people is a distinctive characteristic diet culture which mainly refers to a series of cultural phenomena centered on the Jiuxian wine,including the belief practice followed by Jiuxian wine in the process of production,the ethnic culture manifested in the process of drinking,the historical memory inherited in the process of inheritance and so on.At the same time,the culture of Jiuxian wine is also the regional culture and local knowledge formed by the Shui people in the long-term production practice.This kind of Jiuxian wine culture always focus on the individual life,so it throughout the lifetime of the Shui people,and permeated in every aspect of the Shui people social life.This article takes Jiudian Nuojiao winery in Sandu Shui Autonomous County as the subject of field investigation,and conducts a field investigation on the Jiuxian wine culture of the Shui ethnic group.Spiritual beliefs and other belief practices fit exactly with the belief system of the Shui people’s multi-god worship;its brewed Jiuxian wine is medicinal wine,not simple medicinal wine,glutinous rice wine,nor ordinary glutinous rice wine,and yellow wine is not ordinary yellow wine;The cellar customs include "Shuimeihong" Jiuxian wine and "Hundred Years Return to Heaven" Jiuxian liquor;the drinking customs include "Zuanzhuan Jiu" and "Zuanzhuan Jiu".The Shui people demonstrated the spirit of awe of life,solidarity and mutual assistance,kindness,enthusiasm and cheerfulness in life etiquette and drinking customs during the year.Jiuxian wine culture is a valuable asset of the wisdom of the Shui people and a symbol of ethnic identity.Jiuxian wine is the ethnic spirit and material carrier of the Shui people’s self-improvement.At the same time,the Jiuxian wine culture is also a "tradition" that the Shui people continue in the Shui society.It is constantly re-created and reconstructed in a harmonious symbiosis with nature,social collective honor and disgrace and communion,so as to give full play to its The social value of good-neighborliness and friendship in the Shui society,the cultural value of inheriting education and the economic value of helping development.However,with the development of society,the cultural inheritance practice of Jiuxian Wine has gradually been liberated from self-sufficient family production,and has continuously evolved into small workshops or wineries.And women have always been in a dominant position in the inheritance of winemaking skills,with rich historical and cultural connotations behind them.It can be said that this inheritance and evolution model has strengthened the sense of identity and persistence of the Shui people to the Jiuxian wine culture to some extent.In the context of the current era,the Shui Zu Jiuxian wine culture is facing many inheritance dilemmas.Therefore,the Jiuxian wine culture urgently needs the cooperation of civil and official forces such as inheritance groups,administrative departments,and continuous development and innovation on the basis of the protection and inheritance of the Shui Jiuxian wine culture to help the rural revitalization and enable the Shui people to live a better life. |
