| Nanosilver particles(AgNPs)is one of the most commonly used nanomaterials in consumer products such as clothing and sports equipment due to their antibacterial properties,AgNPs is increasingly used in medical devices.With the extensive use of AgNPs in life,more and more AgNPs are produced.It will inevitably cause AgNPs to be discharged into the living environment.If AgNPs accumulate in large amounts in the environment,it may have an impact on human life and physical health.Many researchers have studied the toxic effects of AgNPs,the effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharide(LBP)on ROS has also been extensively studied in mice and other organisms,and the effect of LBP on C.elegans is currently the extract of traditional Chinese medicine on nematodes Popular topics that influence direction.In this paper,a series of related experiments were carried out on the toxic effects of AgNPs on the lifespan,reproduction and oxidative stress of C.elegans.Based on this experiment,the positive effects of LBP on model organisms such as mice and nematodes were utilized.LBP was added on the basis of AgNPs to study the recovery effect of LBP on various injuries caused by AgNPs.The main experimental results of this article are summarized as follows:(1)Preparation of AgNPs and characterization by electron transmission microscopy,preparation and determination and analysis of components of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides.(2)Carrying out life-related experiments on C.elegans with three particle sizes of 20nm,50nm,and 80nmAgNPs.The experimental results show that the toxicity is 20nmAgNPs>50nmAgNPs>80nmAgNPs,the smaller the particle size,the easier it is to be absorbed by the nematodes,the stronger the toxicity.This is consistent with previous research results.(3)On the basis of this lifespan experiment,add LBP and vitamin C,and carrying out lifespan,number of offspring,heat stress experiment and active oxygen content ROS experiment.The experimental results show that before LBP is added,the toxicity of AgNPs can reduce the lifespan of the C.elegans,reduce the number of offspring and reduce the survival time in a high temperature environment.However,after LBP was added,LBP could effectively restore the lifespan and reproductive damage caused by AgNPs to C.elegans,and restore the survival time under high temperature to a certain extent.In the ROS experiment,AgNPs can increase the ROS content in the nematodes exponentially,causing oxidative damage to the nematodes.After adding LBP,it can effectively reduce the ROS content in the nematodes and reduce the oxidative damage to the nematodes by AgNPs.Finally,at the end of the article,we summarize and look forward to the future work. |
