In recent years,natural disasters,production safety accidents,and public crisis events have continued to occur.At the same time,with the rapid development of the Internet,information exchange has become faster,and each major catastrophic event will cause a great public opinion response.How to better prevent the occurrence of major catastrophic disasters and use effective methods to deal with crisis events Is a challenge for governments and businesses.To do a good job in emergency management,a scientific and effective emergency plan must be prepared,but today’s emergency plans still have problems such as irrational content and structure,and invalidation of emergency plans after an accident.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the emergency plan.This article studies the evaluation of emergency plans.This article starts with the research status of emergency management and emergency plan assessment at home and abroad,summarizes the content of relevant literature,summarizes the current research status,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages and the applicable scope of the existing plan assessment methods.Through the research on the use of a series of evaluation methods,the methods required for the construction of the evaluation system in this paper are determined from multiple perspectives and aspects.In order to make the emergency plan from the best to the best,the plan should ensure the characteristics of completeness,scientificity,effectiveness,operability,and logic.Therefore,this article evaluates the emergency plan from three aspects: First,the compliance of the emergency plan policy,and choose the method of comparative evaluation.The second is the operability of the emergency plan process,choosing the analytic hierarchy process-grey correlation method.The third is the effectiveness of emergency plan task allocation,choosing the responsibility matrix method.Through the use of the above methods,a complete emergency plan evaluation system has been formed.Taking "Overall Emergency Plan of Haidian District" as an example,the entire evaluation system is put into practical use,and the shortcomings and improvement suggestions of the plan are put forward,as well as the future work of the emergency plan.
