| At present,ozone is widely used in environmental protection,food and medical fields.The research of high-efficiency ozone generators has always been one of the important directions that researchers in this field pay attention to.There are many methods for producing ozone.Among them,the dielectric barrier discharge method is the most commonly used ozone generation technology due to its advantages of large ozone output,high efficiency and stability,and easy control of conditions.However,the current research on the mechanism of ozone generation by dielectric barrier discharge is not thorough enough,and the key influence factors are not clear enough,which seriously restricts the development of high-efficiency dielectric barrier discharge ozone generators.In this thesis,we selected new dielectric plate materials and plate-medium connection materials,combined with a new type of water-cooled plate structure,to design an ozone generator;using the designed ozone generator,a more in-depth study of the power supply voltage,frequency,gas flow,gas composition and water content The impact of key factors such as ozone on the performance of ozone,and the analysis of the impact mechanism,mainly draw the following conclusions:(1)Changes in power supply frequency and voltage have a significant impact on the concentration of ozone.As the power supply voltage increases,the ozone concentration increases;with the increase of the voltage frequency,the ozone concentration first increases and then decreases,and there is an optimal frequency value;the voltage increases The positive effect on the increase in ozone concentration is greater than the negative effect;there is a competition between positive and negative effects at different frequencies;(2)Under the same power supply voltage,frequency and gas flow conditions,pure oxygen,dry air and air are used as the gas source to supply the ozone generator.The ozone generation concentration shows the law of oxygen source> dry air source> air source,indicating that the gas source contains.The amount of oxygen has a greater impact on the concentration of ozone;(3)Under the same power supply voltage and frequency,and the air source is air,the air supply flow rate increases and the ozone concentration decreases,but the ozone output shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,there is an optimal flow rate;which shows that the heat dissipation effect caused by the airflow is obvious;(4)At the same power supply voltage,frequency,and gas flow rate,the gas source is air,and the gas water content varies from 0.6g/m3 to 5.5g/m3.As the water content increases,the ozone concentration first increases and then decreases.Trend,there is a water content value with the highest ozone concentration.The highest ozone concentration corresponds to the gas water content: 3.520g/m3~3.827g/m3. |
