Study On Optimizing Profit Model Of Shijin Company

With the rapid development of economic globalization and Internet,Chinese enterprises,especially manufacturing enterprises,are facing more and more difficulties and challenges.With the deterioration of production environment,the rise of human cost,the increasingly fierce competition and the continuous reduction of profit margin of enterprises.The profit model of Shijin company is extensive and immature.We did not find a profit model suitable for our own development.The problem of business model has become the core problem that perplexes the survival and development of Shijin company,which needs to be solved urgently.Based on this,this paper puts forward a model to improve the profitability of Shijin company.Through the introduction of the background information of the business environment and business model of Shijin company,and the summary of research significance,this paper explains the necessity of research problems;through the summary of research ideas and methods,it ensures the preciseness of research process;through the summary of literature research status,related concepts and theoretical research accumulation,it forms the theoretical basis for solving problems;through Through the introduction and analysis of the existing business model of Shijin company,the problems existing in the existing business model are found,namely,financial accounting problems,value chain shortage problems,organizational structure problems and process management problems.Combining the business model theory and value chain theory with the actual situation of Shijin company,the paper puts forward some suggestions for optimization and improvement: first,standardize the financial accounting management to ensure the accuracy and standardization of financial accounting;second,optimize and expand the value chain to the upstream and downstream;third,perfect and adjust the organizational structure to the business unit system;fourth,highly efficient and standardized process management Manage,optimize and reengineer management process,improve efficiency and enhance core competitiveness.In order to ensure that the research results can play a role,this paper also designs the effect prediction model after the improvement of business model,determines the evaluation factors and the calculation formula of the evaluation model,and evaluates the research conclusions through the model in the way of questionnaire.
