Study On Agricultural Green Development Level And Influencing Factors In Sichuan Province

Based on the evaluation index system of agricultural green development and the theory of green agriculture,this paper studies the level of agricultural green development in Sichuan Province and other cities and prefectures,and finds out the influencing factors of agricultural green development.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:First,According to the characteristics of agricultural development in Sichuan Province,1 first level index,2 second level indexes and 17 third level indexes are selected to construct the evaluation index system of agricultural green development in Sichuan Province.Through the construction of the evaluation index system of agricultural green development,the overall level and change trend of agricultural green development in Sichuan Province from 2008 to 2017 are calculated,and the comprehensive evaluation values are calculated in four different dimensions:agricultural green economic efficiency,agricultural green production input,agricultural ecological environment and farmers’ living standards.In addition,a comparative analysis was made on the agricultural green development level of all cities and prefectures in Sichuan Province in 2016.The results show that the overall level of agricultural green development in Sichuan Province has been on the rise in recent 10 years,and the overall comprehensive evaluation value has increased from0.3083 to 0.8078.Among them,the comprehensive evaluation value of agricultural green economic efficiency increased from 0.0018 to 0.2152;the comprehensive evaluation value of agricultural ecological environment increased from 0.0596 to02275;the comprehensive evaluation value of farmers’ living standard increased from 0.0000 to 0.1882.It is worth noting that the input level of agricultural green production is declining slowly,and its comprehensive evaluation value is reduced from 0.2449 to 0.1766.In 2016,there was a large gap in the level of agricultural green development between cities and prefectures in Sichuan Province.The top three cities were Chengdu,Zigong and Panzhihua,and the last three were Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture,Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture.Second,the empirical analysis shows that agricultural labor productivity,agricultural land output rate,per capita grain output,total power of agricultural machinery per unit area,rural power consumption intensity,per unit area plastic film,pesticide and chemical fertilizer use,per capita net income of farmers,per capita living consumption expenditure of rural households,popularization rate of sanitary toilets and biogas digesters for domestic sewage purification have great influence on the green development of agriculture Significant impact.All in all,based on the conclusion of the study,combined with the concept of green development,this paper puts forward policy suggestions from the perspective of long-term mechanism construction,personnel training and legal system improvement: first,to establish a long-term mechanism for agricultural development;second,to increase the intensity of personnel training;third,to improve the relevant legal and policy protection.According to the actual situation of Sichuan Province,this paper selects indicators to construct the evaluation index system of agricultural green development level in Sichuan Province,which provides the judgment basis and reference for the promotion of agricultural green development level in Sichuan Province.
