Research On The Impact Of Social Environmental Regulation And Government-Enterprise Relationship On Environmental Pollution In China

In recent years,while making great achievements in my country’s economic development,it has also caused a series of environmental problems,and the importance of environmental governance has become increasingly prominent.As the main body of environmental governance,the public,environmental protection organizations,governments and enterprises play a key role in improving environmental pollution.Foreign scholars began to pay attention to the impact of environmental regulation of social subjects and the relationship between government and enterprises on environmental pollution at the earliest.However,there are relatively few studies on the impact of the relationship between social subjects and government and enterprises on environmental pollution in China.From the perspective of relationship,in-depth research on the impact of environmental pollution will further promote the practice of environmental pollution treatment in China,and provide effective methods and policy recommendations for the improvement of China’s environment.Based on the theory of environmental stakeholders,this paper selects the relevant parties of the public,government and enterprises that affect environmental pollution,analyzes the mechanism of social environmental regulation and the relationship between the government and enterprises on environmental pollution,and proposes that social environmental regulation will reduce environmental pollution,and the collusion between government and enterprises will exacerbate environmental pollution and other theoretical judgments.Subsequently,using the panel data of 31 provinces from 2003 to 2017,a spatial measurement model was constructed,and an empirical test was conducted on the impact of social environmental regulation and the relationship between government and enterprises on environmental pollution.The empirical results found that: social environmental regulation on environmental pollution The reduction has played a positive role in promoting;the collusion between government and enterprises will lead to the deterioration of environmental pollution;social environmental regulations have weakened the negative impact of the collusion between government and enterprises on environmental pollution.Based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical research,from the perspective of the main body of social environmental regulation and the government,this article proposes to give full play to social environmental regulation and how to deal with the relationship between the government and enterprises to ultimately promote the governance of environmental pollution in China related policy recommendations.
