Since the industrial revolution,the productivity of human society has been greatly improved,the population has been growing explosively,and the energy crisis and climate problems have become increasingly serious.A large number of man-made greenhouse gas emissions cause climate deterioration and serious natural disasters.Energy shortage also hinders the sustainable development of human beings.Many countries have formulated energy conservation and emission reduction policies with the development of new energy and the reduction of carbon emissions as the core.As a large population country,China is also facing the problem of energy shortage and huge environmental pressure.In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has possessed favorable conditions for improving the efficiency of resource and environment utilization.But how to grasp the relationship between new energy and carbon emission is still a big problem.This paper combines the energy economy with the nonlinear dynamic system theory,based on the complex relationship among new energy,carbon emissions and carbon trading,constructs the new energy evolution and development model under the background of carbon trading.And collect the data of new energy,carbon emissions and carbon trading in China in recent years,get the parameters of new energy evolution development model,and analyze the driving mechanism of carbon trading.Then,based on the model,the paper studies the policy coordination of two representative carbon trading markets in China,and obtains the optimal path of policy coordination of new energy evolution and development in the context of carbon trading by using dynamic comparative analysis.First of all,through the relevant literature,theory and the current situation of China’s development,to provide theoretical basis and practical basis for the construction of the model.Based on the understanding of the research status of new energy and carbon trading at home and abroad,the research direction of this paper is formulated,that is,the complex relationship between new energy and carbon trading is obtained through certain methods,and the development trend of new energy and carbon trading is predicted.Then through the related theory of nonlinear dynamic system,the research method of this paper is found,that is,to build a nonlinear dynamic system model,and to analyze the change law between new energy and carbon trading by visualizing the evolution relationship.Then,combined with the theory of energy economics and the theory of non-linear dynamic system,this paper constructs a new energy evolution development model under the background of carbon trading,and analyzes the driving effect of carbon trading on new energy and carbon emissions.The analysis shows that carbon trading,as an effective means of energy conservation and emission reduction,plays a role in promoting the development of new energy,and can effectively inhibit the carbon emissions of enterprises.The development of carbon trading market can effectively reduce the pressure of energy conservation and emission reduction in China,but the efficiency of China’s carbon trading market is not high at present.Finally,based on the new energy evolution model,two carbon trading markets,Beijing and Shanghai,which are the most representative in China,are selected for policy coordination research.In general,under certain constraints,it is feasible to realize the coordinated development of three-dimensional energy conservation and emission reduction.Vigorously supporting new energy is conducive to easing the energy pressure of our country,but we should pay attention to the balanced development between new energy and carbon trading;a perfect carbon trading market can promote the development of new energy and carbon emission level,but excessive expansion will have the opposite effect.More efforts are needed to achieve the optimal development path of policy coordination.
