| The purpose of the state to advocate the construction of ecological civilization is to improve the socialist ecological civilization and improve the well-being of the people.Taking ecologically fragile areas as a typical example,the study of ecosystem stability and land use pattern change is of typical demonstration significance for maintaining ecological environment stability throughout the country,and plays a guiding role in further improving and improving people’s well-being.The ecological risk index and ecological service value as the ecological response of land use pattern change,with the support of Envi5.3 and Arcgis10.2,the new county in 1995,2002,2010,2018,four remote sensing data classification and information extraction,the land use pattern in the studied area in quantity and spatial variation characteristics and the driving factors of land use change are analyzed.By introducing landscape pattern index to construct ecological risk assessment index,this paper estimates the ecosystem service value as the objective function to optimize the land use pattern of xinhe county through grey linear programming model(GLP).The results show that:(1)The land use type with the highest proportion in the study area is unused land,accounting for 58.88% of the total area of the study area.The utilization of unused land gradually changes to other land types and the utilization rate is improved.The over-rapid increase of the construction land area in the research area leads to the serious occupation of the agricultural land around the town.In recent years,the cultivated land area of xinhe county has increased to a certain extent due to the policy of balance of occupation and compensation.The distribution of traffic roads and rivers has a strong influence on the land use pattern and quantity change of xinhe county.Among the social and economic factors,the non-agricultural population,output value of primary industry,local fiscal revenue,total fixed investment and other social and economic factors in the study area are significantly correlated with the change of land use,which to some extent determine the utilization rate of land resources and the conversion trend of different types of land in the study area.(2)According to the calculation results of the ecological security risk index constructed by the landscape pattern index of xinhe county from 1995 to 2018,it can be seen that the ecological risk degree of xinhe county is changing from a low level to a high level.The emergence of high risk areas indicates that the negative environmental benefits of the research area are increasing.Higher levels of ecological risk in urban and rural areas are spreading to rural areas in a concentric pattern.In view of the negative environmental benefits brought by the change of land use pattern and unreasonable utilization mode in xinhe county,it is imperative to put forward feasible ecological restoration,compensation mechanism and reasonable resource utilization mode.(3)The total value of ecosystem services in the study area fluctuated and declined from 1995 to 2018.In 2010,the maximum value of ecosystem services reached1502.9978 million yuan,and the value of ecosystem services decreased from 2010 to2018.The six types of land ecosystem service value are forest land,grassland,water area,unused land,cultivated land and construction land.From the perspective of space,the value of ecological services directly under xinhe county has decreased significantly.The ecological sensitivity index of each ecosystem in xinhe county is less than 1,indicating the coefficient of ecological value in this paper,and the research results are credible.(4)With the help of Lingo11,based on the grey linear programming model,the optimization model with the maximization of ecosystem service value as the objective function is adopted,and the optimization solution is applied to the status quo of xinhe county.The total value of ecological services in xinhe county after optimization increased by 36.0562 million yuan compared with that in 2018,and the optimized amount of land types is more reasonable and sustainable.(5)According to the characteristics of land use pattern and the changing trend of environmental effects in the study area,this paper proposes specific measures for the sustainable use of land and some compensation mechanisms for ecological restoration,in order to help local people form a production and living style that saves resources and protects the environment,so as to improve the ecological well-being of local people. |
