| For the enterprises,the purpose of establishing a salary management system is to attract outstanding employees and to motivate employees to participate in the development of the enterprise,it can also achieve personal value while achieving corporate value.For small and medium-sized cement enterprises,on the one hand,they are increasingly restricted by environmental protection policies,on the other hand,it cannot provide good salary and comfortable working environment,the challenge is greater.So it’s of great significance to study and discuss the design of a salary management system suitable for small and medium-sized cement enterprises,and to better meet the needs of the company’s development.Based on the internal and external environment that Y company is facing,this paper has a deep understanding of the current situation of Y company’s salary management system by means of investigation,consulting materials,interviewing personnel at all levels of the company and questionnaire survey.It was found that there were problems such as unclear pay strategies,unreasonable pay structures,lack of fairness in pay distribution,insufficient incentives,and imperfect pay system.On this basis,combined with relevant management theories,specific solutions are given from the aspects of post classification and value evaluation,salary level adjustment,salary structure and salary system optimization,so that it can design and optimize the salary management system suitable for Y company,try to solve the problems in salary management,strengthen the incentive effect of salary on employees,improve the fairness of salary distribution and employee’s satisfaction,and meet its development needs,it also provide relevant reference for other enterprises facing similar problems. |
