Evaluation Of Economic Development And Ecological Environment Quality And Coordination Of The Relationship Between The Two In Guizhou Province

Economic development and ecological environment development are important fields of social development,and also one of the important contents for achieving regional sustainable development.With the rapid economic and social development of Guizhou Province,its ecological environment protection should be paid more and more attention.To explore the economic development level and ecological environment quality of Guizhou Province,analyze the relationship between the two,and promote the coordination and optimization of the relationship between the two,has positive significance for the economic and society development.This paper refers to the previous research and based on the actual situation in Guizhou Province.Comprehensive economic development index and ecological environment quality indexes is constructed.The entropy method was used to evaluate the change characteristics of economic development and ecological environment quality from 2000 to2017 in Guizhou Province.Combined with the comprehensive evaluation results,the methods of correlation analysis,regression analysis,coordination degree,etc.are used to explore the relationship between the two,and the ways and means to achieve the coordination of the relationship between the two are explored.The main research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)From 2000 to 2017,the level of economic development in Guizhou Province generally showed an upward trend,and the score of the comprehensive index of economic development increased from 0.033 to0.942.From 2000 to 2017,the score of the economic development subsystem of Guizhou Province generally showed an upward trend.The score of the economic development power index increased most obviously,with its score rising from 0.004 to 0.458,and the score percentage increasing from 11.463% to 48.579%.(2)From 2000 to 2017,the overall ecological environment quality of Guizhou Province showed a upward trend,and the score of the ecological environment quality index increased from 0.214 to 0.850.From 2000 to2017,the overall score of the ecological environment quality subsystem showed an upward trend,but the rising process did not consistent.The scores of the ecological environment state index generally showed a steady upward trend,the scores of the ecological environment pressure index and the ecological environment restoration index generally showed a rising trend of fluctuation,and the scores of the ecological environment response index generally showed a rapid upward trend.(3)From 2000 to 2017,Guizhou’s comprehensive economic development index and ecological environment quality index showed a significant positive correlation,and the overall coordination relationship between the two shows an upward trend.For every unit of change in thecomprehensive index of economic development in Guizhou Province,the ecological environment quality index changes by 0.622 units.For every change of the ecological environment quality index,the comprehensive index of economic development changes by 1.533 units.(4)From 2000 to 2017,the overall impact of the economic development subsystem of Guizhou Province on the ecological environment quality is not much different.Among the impacts of the ecological environment quality subsystem on economic development,the least impact is the ecological environment restoration index(the regression equation is not included in the ecological environmental pressure index).(5)From the perspective of system development and external factors,we analyze the ways and methods for the coordination of economic development and ecological environment quality in Guizhou Province.From the perspective of the development of the system itself,focusing on the improvement of economic development basic index and reducing the pressure on the ecological environment are of fundamental significance to the coordinated development of the two.From the perspective of external factors,constructing favorable technologies,policies,and life concepts has an important role in coordinating the two.
