Research On Coordinated Relationship Between Ecological Environment And Economic Development In Xinjiang Oasis

At present, the harmony development of ecological environment and economic development becomesthe core issues concerns sustainable economic development, better ecological environment promoteseconomy growth rapidly, and healthy economic development will also improve the quality of the ecologicalenvironment. How to coordinate the development of ecological environment and economic developmenteffectively, makes the sustainable economic development growth rapidly has become an urgent problemneeds to be solved.This paper uses statistical analysis of the gray correlation method, entropy method, to make acomprehensive research on the ecological environment and economic development of the oasiscoordinating relations and put forward specific suggestions.The first chapter introduced the topic background and research significance, summarized and analyzedthe status of national and international research. Finally, elaborated the research content and researchmethods on the basis of summarizing the existing literature and research results.The second chapter described the theory used in the article, including ecological economics,environment, economic system theory, coordination theory, theory of sustainable development, whichmakes theory foreshadowing for subsequent research.The third chapter made an oasis descriptive analysis with the data of the ecological environment andeconomic development, and came to the conclusion that oasis ecological environment developed generallyslow and well, the economic developed fast. On this basis, the theoretical explanation of the relevance ofthe ecological environment and economic development, the two affect each other and promote each other.Finally, it made the gray correlation analysis of Xinjiang oasis economic growth and industrial pollution,got gray correlation between the degree of order in the various indicators of economic growth andenvironmental pollution in the1990-2011years: industrial emissions industrial solid wastegeneration>industrial sulfur dioxide generation>industrial sulfur dioxide generation>industrial wastewateremissions.The fourth chapter built the evaluation index system of Xinjiang oasis ecological environment andeconomic development coordination, and used the entropy method and coordination model to evaluate thecoordination between the oasis ecological environment and economic development. The followingconclusions are:1.1995-2011, the coordination of Xinjiang oasis ecological environment and economicdevelopment presented never coordination-the law of the coordination and gradually improved;2. We know the coordinated development degree is very low and the ranking of oasis in Xinjiang islater through analysis and calculated the ecological environment and economic development of thecoordinated development degree of31provinces in2011.The fifth chapter combined the results of empirical analysis, from the perspective of sustainabledevelopment, respectively from the improve economic growth healthily, improve the ecological environment quality of two respects put forward to promote the coordinated development of Xinjiang oasisecological environment and economic development of countermeasures and suggestions.The sixth chapter is a summary and an outlook of the research, we have found out the inadequacies ofthis article, and make the prospect of the following study.
