With the rapid development of China’s economy,the process of modern urbanization is speeding up and the energy consumption is increasing,which makes the air pollution problem in China increasingly prominent.In addition,extensive economic management mode brings severe challenges to the control of urban air pollution.Therefore,the control of urban air pollution has become one of the most urgent tasks in today’s society.According to the three-year action plan for winning the battle against blue sky issued by the state council,we will replan key areas for environmental protection,with the beijing-tianjin-hebei region and its surrounding areas,the Yangtze river delta region and the fen-wei plain as the focus.We will continue to take actions to prevent and control air pollution,and achieve the goal of achieving multiple environmental,economic and social benefits.Based on this,this paper analyzes urban air quality in key areas of environmental protection,which is conducive to accurately grasp the current situation of urban air quality,in order to provide scientific and effective Suggestions for the formulation of relevant policies.Due to air quality data itself shows according to the cycle(day,week,month,year,etc.),the characteristics of the continuous variation by means of nonparametric fitting functional data,get the AQI change curve.Direct statistical analysis of AQI variation curve is conducive to more accurate discussion of AQI variation curve and more in-depth discussion of relevant factors affecting air quality,so as to provide scientific and effective Suggestions for preventing and controlling air pollution.Therefore,according to the characteristics of AQI data,this paper applies THE FDA analysis method to the field of air quality research,and expands the ideas and methods of air quality research.Comprehensive domestic and foreign related research at the same time,this article from the aspects of nature,social influence and economic growth,residents’ life,urbanization construction,environmental regulation indicators,such as climate change research the main factors affecting the air quality,determine the hot spots and source of air pollution,provide a reference for air environmental governance,rich air pollution influence factors of related research in our country.In this paper,the research content mainly divided into three parts:first of all,given the cyclical and function characteristics of AQI index data,with the FDA analysis method,functional data curve fitting air quality index,using the k-means clustering method are functional data,analysis of AQI key environmental protection cities in 2016-2018 data,to get the time and space distribution characteristics of air quality.The final results showed that the air quality showed obvious spatial and temporal differences:there were obvious similarities in the distribution of time and obvious seasonal characteristics:"high in spring and winter,low in summer and autumn",and the air quality showed a trend of gradual decline from "coastal to inland,from north to south" in space.The regional integration of air pollution is becoming more and more important.Secondly,based on the research on air pollution both at home and abroad,combined with the regional development characteristics of key cities for environmental protection,the author used the method of pollution source analysis to study the four major air pollutant influencing factors from the natural and social aspects,including a total of 17 influencing indicators of eight categories of natural and social factors.By establishing the grey correlation model of embedded entropy weight,the correlation degree between each index and the concentration of air pollutants was obtained.It was found that the factors affecting the concentration of air pollutants in key areas of environmental protection were mainly concentrated in the aspects of industrial structure,energy consumption and meteorological factors.Finally,this paper summarizes the spatial and temporal variation rules of urban air quality and the research results of the factors affecting air quality,and finally puts forward corresponding Suggestions for the control of air pollution in key environmental protection cities.The corresponding policy Suggestions given by the author are as follows:adjust and optimize the industrial structure,and deepen the prevention and control of industrial pollution;We will optimize and adjust the energy mix and steadily advance clean energy.Optimize and adjust the land use structure,vigorously carry out afforestation action;Improve the level of pollution response,joint prevention and control of key areas.Paper curves of air quality in key environmental protection cities as the research object,by the FDA analysis method research the air quality index(AQI)spatial and temporal variation characteristics and to explore four kinds of air pollutants(NO2、PM10、PM2.5、O3)concentration factors,not only for the quantitative study of air quality,expand the thought and method,and the air pollution control has a certain reference value for environmental scientific significance and practical application of.
