The anaerobic reactor filled with biological carrier is an indispensable process equipment to improve the denitrification effect,and the key to ensure the activity of anaerobic bacteria is to select efficient biological carrier.Although there are many structural forms and material varieties of commonly used biological carriers for sewage treatment,there are few tests and researches on the anaerobic biochemical performance of each other,which leads to the blind stage of theoretical research,new product development and project selection of efficient biological carriers for a long time,especially the lack of simultaneous anaerobic biochemical characteristics and performance curve family of biological carriers,resulting in repeated research,product development and the waste of the project is serious,which restricts the upgrading of sewage treatment and water ecological environment protection.Therefore,based on the biochemical reactor of 21.6L volume synchronous operation developed by our research group in the early stage,the anaerobic biochemical improvement was carried out.Based on the artificial preparation of simulated domestic sewage and the simultaneous operation conditions of ASBBR process,the operation tests of 15 common biological carriers and 6 concentration sections were completed,and the biochemical characteristic curve families of 15 biological carriers were drawn The biochemical characteristics of carriers and the application of curve family were analyzed,and the following conclusions were obtained:1)After the simultaneous anaerobic membrane hanging of multiple groups of reactors is stable,it is tested in six different influent concentration sections,each concentration section runs continuously for about 30 days,the change of influent and effluent concentration is detected,and the anaerobic domestic sewage is drawn.The test results are as follows:the removal rate of COD in sewage is in the order of subside carrier>hollow tube carrier>suspended carrier>threadiness carrier>pensile carrier,the highest value of subside carrier is 58%,the lowest value of pensile carrier is 37%,the difference between them is 56.76%;The removal rate of NH3-N in sewage is in the order of hollow tube carrier>subside carrier>threadiness carrier>pensile carrier>suspended carrier,the highest value of hollow tube carrier is 46%,the lowest of value suspended carrier is 35%,and the difference between them is 31.43%;the removal rate of TP in each carrier reactor is not good,the highest of subside carrier is 31%,the lowest value of threadiness carrier is 12%,and the subsequent dephosphorization process is needed.In conclusion,the biochemical performance of the reactor filled with different structural carriers is significantly different.2)According to the correlation analysis between the unit volume surface area and the unit load rate coefficient of the biological carrier,all data points presented in the figure are regularly divided into two groups,showing the"eight"shape distribution.The ceramsite carrier and coke powder carrier are divided into group 1 and the other 13carrier are divided into group 2.The Pearson correlation coefficient between the unit volume surface area of the carrier in group 2 and the volume load factor L is-0.585,which is negative correlation;The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the removal rate of COD and NH3-N in group 2,and the Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.641 and 0.686,respectively,which further explained the cause of the"eight"distribution.In group 2,the surface area per unit volume of biological carrier was not related to the TP removal rate,which may be related to the anaerobic reaction conditions,resulting in the low removal rate of TP in the carrier reactor.3)The load factor of unit volume of different biological carriers is negatively correlated with COD removal rate,and Pearson correlation coefficient is-0.704;the load factor of unit area of different biological carriers is negatively correlated with NH3-N removal rate,and Pearson correlation coefficient is-0.657.The general trend of this study is:the smaller the load factor of unit volume of biological carriers is,the effect of pollutant removal is the better,the smaller the load factor per unit area that the biological carrier bears,the better the effect of pollutant removal.
