The protection and management of Dianchi Lake has always been an ecological and environmental issue of great concern to the country.After more than 20 years of continuous treatment,the pollution of Dianchi Lake has reached a controllable range,and the water quality of Dianchi Lake has been improving year by year.But now,the eutrophication of Dianchi Lake is still very serious,and the risk of large-scale algae blooms is still high.The prevention and control of cyanobacteria blooms in Dianchi Lake is still the key to pollution control in Dianchi Lake.In order to effectively reduce the endogenous pollution of Dianchi Lake and curb the occurrence of cyanobacteria blooms in Dianchi Lake,the professional department of cyanobacteria treatment in Dianchi Lake has initially established a complete system for the prevention and control of cyanobacteria blooms.On the one hand,algae-rich water is collected and replaced through the cyanobacteria efflux channel to achieve algae control and algae inhibition.On the other hand,various cyanobacteria salvage and disposal facilities are used to mechanically remove cyanobacteria and separate the algae water to slow down the excessive proliferation of cyanobacteria and reduce the degree and scale of blooms.With the in-depth advancement of pollution control in Dianchi Lake,the scope of operations,prevention and control methods,facility scales and types of cyanobacteria bloom prevention and control in Dianchi Lake have rapidly increased,and the operation and management of cyanobacteria bloom prevention and control disposal has become increasingly difficult.Dianchi cyanobacteria bloom prevention and control have a wide area,multiple locations,spatial dispersion,multiple data sources,multiple scales,and multiple formats.It has typical spatial distribution characteristics.Dianchi cyanobacteria management departments urgently need to develop and apply Dianchi cyanobacteria prevention,control and disposal GIS platform.This paper aims at the practical application requirements of the visualization management of cyanobacteria prevention,control and disposal information in Dianchi Lake,researches,designs and develops a WebGIS-based visualization information system for the prevention and control of cyanobacteria in Dianchi Lake.The main work of the thesis includes:(1)Analyzing the current status of cyanobacterial control,management,and disposal in Lake Dianchi and problems in operational management.(2)Incorporate related technologies and methods of GIS system development into the scope of research and analysis,and conduct in-depth research on WebGIS development technology,HTML5,CSS3,JavaScript language,Dojo program development framework,ArcGIS platform,and Websocket protocol and RTSP protocol.(3)Participate in the completion of the field collection and internal processing of Dianchi cyanobacteria prevention and control treatment and related facility space and attribute data,mainly including the Dianchi cyanobacteria prevention and control area,the lake surface cleaning key area,the algae water replacement channel,the water quality monitoring point,Algae station,algae water lifting pump station,algae situation video monitoring point,etc.(4)Design and construct a spatial database for the prevention,control and disposal of cyanobacteria in Dianchi Lake,and complete the data storage.(5)Develop and complete the visual management system for the prevention,control and disposal of cyanobacteria in Dianchi Lake,which has the functions of visual browsing,query,analysis,data editing,drawing,map printing,etc.for the prevention,control and disposal of cyanobacteria in Dianchi Lake and related facilities.(6)Real-time data access based on the Websocket protocol and RTSP protocol has realized the GPS positioning and tracking of mobile algae removal facilities,the real-time monitoring of the level of the algae-rich water collection and replacement channel,and the video monitoring of algae conditions in the Dianchi cyanobacteria prevention,control and disposal WebGIS system Integrated application.The system has been deployed and operated in the professional department of cyanobacteria pollution control in Dianchi Lake.This system realizes the visual management and analysis of information on the prevention,control and disposal of cyanobacteria in Dianchi Lake for the first time.It provides spatial geographic data and decision support based on high-precision remote sensing image maps for the prevention and control of cyanobacteria in Dianchi Lake.Improved the efficiency of comprehensive prevention and control of blue algae in Dianchi Lake.
