At present,the state of water in our country is still severe.Although the early treatment of urban black-odor water has achieved certain results,the phenomenon of black-odor water in cities still exists.The black-odor water in the city makes the river ecosystem unbalanced,lose its ecological function,and even threaten human health.The current treatment methods for black-odor water have many problems such as long repair period and high cost.Therefore,the research on methods for efficiently repairing black-odor water is of great significance.In this experiment,severely black-odor water was used as the experimental object.Through the screening experiment,better bacteria agents,growth-promoting agents,aeration methods,fillers and plants were selected.Use the combined action of better bacteria agent+better growth promoter+better aeration method+better filler+better plant to purify black-odor water.Through high-throughput sequencing,to analyze the composition and difference of the microbial community structure under different processing conditions.On the basis of the above research,analyze the composition and difference of microbial community structure under different treatment conditions by high-throughput sequencing.Study the composition and succession of the microbial community structure in the process of purifying black-odor water in the reaction tank,and provide guidance for the treatment of black and smelly rivers.The experimental results are as follows:(1)Compared with the engineering bacterial agent B,the indigenous bacterial agent A has increased the removal rate of NH4-N,TP and COD in the target black-odor water by 41.07%,16.72%and 19.01%.Indigenous microbial agent A can cause the clustering effect of functional microbial flora;under different microbial agents,the microbial community structure is significantly different.(2)The condition parameters for the better purification efficiency of black-odor water are continuous aeration,bio-promoting agent BE,elastic three-dimensional filler,water peanut.High-throughput sequencing analysis found that the microbial community structure of each experimental group was significantly different under different aeration methods,fillers,and plant conditions.(3)The experimental device for continuous flow purification of black-odor water with combined biotechnology(CBR device)has strong impact load resistance and high purification efficiency for black-odor water.After 18 hours of continuous purification,DO,ORP and transparency have been significantly improved.The effluent concentrations of NH4-N,TP,and COD are 0.23 mg/L,0.26 mg/L,36.90mg/L,respectively,reaching the water standards of surface II,IV,andⅤ.High-throughput sequencing analysis found that the microbial community structure in the reaction pool of the combined biotechnology purification device has a certain stability during the purification process,and it also has succession.
