Study On The Emergency Disposal Strategy Of Large-scale Railway Passenger Station Considering The Linkage Of Equipment

With the rapid development of railway in China,especially the construction of passenger dedicated line,it brings convenient conditions for the masses to travel,and puts forward higher requirements for railway safety,especially the operation safety of railway passenger station.As an important link in safety management,emergency management is of great significance to ensure the travel safety of the people.This paper first uses the theory and main technology of emergency disposal of large-scale railway passenger station to investigate the typical large-scale passenger station in the whole road,and introduces in detail the current situation of emergency management and information equipment allocation of large-scale railway passenger station.The problems existing in emergency management of large-scale railway passenger station are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are given.Then,this paper studies the centralized control technology of large railway passenger station equipment,designs the construction scheme of station emergency management platform,realizes the linkage function of all kinds of station equipment under emergency,and takes Hohhot East Station as an example.Finally,this paper designs the equipment emergency linkage strategy of large railway passenger station under five kinds of emergencies: passenger train delay,sudden passenger flow,fire and explosion,violent terrorist event and public health event.
